Tracey supported us following the death of pur parents in relation to valuation probate and selling of the house. She provided us with an evaluation and gave us advice and information in person, over the phone and via email and WhatsApp. She was incredibly responsive and nothing was too much for her. She was very knowledgeable and gave us some invaluable advice and her knowledge of the industry and market really shone through. I felt she went above and beyond for us. She was approachable, friendly and compassionate - I cannot speak any higher of her and most definitely recommend her to everyone.

Steph Vass helped us buy our dream family home and we can’t thank her enough. From the very first viewing, right up to completion, Steph was so helpful and used her experience and knowledge to help get the purchase over the line in complicated circumstances. She always made herself completely available to us, often responding late at night or even at weekends. We always felt like she was working with us, pushing in the same direction which was nice and also reassuring.
