You send drawings; we send back a priced Bill of Quantities and a Findings Report, usually within a couple of hours. A traditional take-off takes weeks. We turn it around the same day without cutting the measure short. Quantities are taken off your drawings, scales are proved rather than assumed, and rates come from live UK and Irish data derived from real contractor invoices — not published price-book averages. Every BOQ is human-reviewed before it leaves us. The Findings Report tells you what the drawings don't: missing information, conflicts between drawings, items outside the priced scope, and the assumptions we've had to make. Been sceptical about using a QS for years, but as jobs get bigger and work load is massive, I’ve been trying to find some help on my least favourite part, used a couple of big name QS companies for the domestic extensions we undertake, 100-300k range, wasn’t impressed with some of the big boys work, and didn’t find it relevant to what we do, these guys are a fraction of the cost and do all the leg work and raise the issues with drawings etc clearly, I haven’t converted one of theirs into a sales quote yet, but had 2 boq’s back and both been really useful in helping me write my own quote for customers and saved me hours of quantifying and shopping, as well as in some cases having to Deisgn more to be able to price, it’s also mega useful for flagging items if have just over looked, bought the 7 package deal and for the cost it’s amazing service, highly recommend 5Star

We had an influx of tenders to price, and I contacted Stephen to find out what services were on offer. One of our tenders was for a project value of over £1 million pounds which would have taken me 3 to 4 days to price. I sent the drawings and spec over to AI QS and was astonished that they sent it back the following day fully priced including findings.

Highly recommend at first I was curious to see how it was going to work so I cross referenced the first job against another qs and my own working out and it was pretty much the same but well cheaper and a lot better service the turnaround time is incredible.
