Worst customer experience ever
This review will be in two parts. The first is the actual product. It worked pretty well and I was happy with it. I used it 3-4 times. Then, I plugged it in to charge it and it stopped working altogether. Things happen. I still liked the product and just wanted it repaired.
Second part here: I sent an email to their customer support asking how I could get it repaired. Well, many follow up emails that were not replied to (I always got an auto reply that said someone would reach out to me and they never did) and about 2 months later, I finally received a reply from a representative. She said that I must’ve not seen their response and apologized (ha!). She also asked me to send a picture of the serial number of my unit, a video of it and my purchase order number. She said they’d happily replace it! I did so immediately and waited…. This was almost two months ago. I’m still waiting for a response. I’ve sent 5-6 follow up emails and nada. Zip. Nothing. No response from them at all.
The customer service isn’t poor. It’s non existent. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. Ever.
