I recently purchased the Naples pizza oven from Alfresco Chef and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and satisfying.

The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions and images that allowed me to make an informed decision. After placing my order, their customer service team reached out promptly to confirm the details, provide an estimated delivery timeline, and advise that the warranty was for 3 years. That was a nice surprise!

True to their word, the pizza oven arrived right on schedule. The packaging was impressive - everything was secure and undamaged. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions provided.

But the real star is the Naples oven itself. The craftsmanship and quality are top-notch. Firing it up, I was amazed at how quickly it heated up and maintained an even, intense temperature perfect for making authentic Neapolitan-style pizza.
The results have been phenomenal - crispy, delicious pizza every time.

Happy with my purchase and Alfresco Chef's great customer service. Any questions I had were answered promptly and courteously by their knowledgeable staff.

Highly recommend anyone looking for a premium pizza oven: quality products and excellent customer service.

This company are a joke.
No consideration to any after sales care.
The oven is ok but one of the fire bricks cracked after 4 months of use. I had to wait 3 months for them to acknowledge the fault was a production issue, another month before they could source a replacement, another month before it could be delivered only for it to be the wrong size and then be told ‘sorry that’s what we are cutting at the moment’
I’ve given up with these clowns.
I wish I had read the other reviews on Amazon etc before I purchased as there are other brands just as good but with no dramas.

I received a pizza oven as a gift but, when I came to put it together, I discovered a fault with one of the units. As I had no receipt or details of where/when the oven had been purchased, I was nervous (and not overly optimistic....) when I emailed the company to report the problem and request a replacement. I couldn't have been more wrong......within 30 minutes of my initial email on Tuesday, I received a reply apologising for any inconvenience and confirmation that a replacement would be dispatched as soon as possible. Yesterday - Wednesday - the day after raising the issue - I received an email advising me that a replacement was on its way and should hopefully arrive by Friday. Today - Thursday, the replacement has arrived, in perfect condition and immaculately packed. This company, and Kane especially, have restored my faith that there are some organisations who still care about their customers and who provide first rate customer service. Five stars are not really enough.......

Very quick delivery - ordered Friday, received (DPD) the following day, despite having only paid for Royal Mail.
Good assortment on the website, clean design and straightforward ordering process.
