Do not I repeat do not shop here everything is fake , bought fake card tried to cancel order right after purchase and they lied and said order shipped and can’t be cancelled without 50 percent return fee wtf that’s ridiculous when I accidentally ordered and immediately cancelled order and should of easily refunded but they are a complete scam …

They shipped me a pack of stickers instead of what I ordered, refused to refund me, then directly threatened and harrassed me when I disputed the charge with my bank. They are a complete scam.

I bought a Lost Origins Booster Box, but it turned out the seller had opened the box and every pack, replaced the cards with random ones—including fakes—then resealed everything and shipped it.

Loved the pokemon cards!! Enjoyed sharing it with friends.

I ordered an anime sword and it exceeded my expectations. The quality is amazing, with great details. The shipping was fast. Highly recommended for for any anime sword collector!

Anime Supply exceeded my expectations! The cards were authentic, and the packaging ensured they arrived in pristine condition. Their customer service was also very responsive. I'll be a returning customer.

They say they're based out of California and yet they have their disclaimer that shipping is 2-5 weeks. I asked customer service will it truly be this long as I needed it for a present and they told me I would have it within 2 weeks.

Nothing arrived and I gave it another full week and nothing. This entire time the ups label has been created and not in their possession.

They take your money and order from China and then ship it out. If they had been honest about this practice then I wouldn't have had a problem. But they directly lied to me and then have the audacity to say they didn't while I have a series of screenshots showing otherwise. I now have to work with my bank and the BBB to get a refund. They are entirely useless.

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! I ordered something and it took almost 2 months to come, I tried calling the phone number listed and it’s disconnected, they say they are from California but my package came from China, AND to top it all off when I got my package (I ordered Paldea Evolved Booster Display boxes, I should have known right from the beginning they were fake due to the price, but I received Evilving Skies booster boxes) IT WAS ALL FAKE!!! They even had different sets mixed into the sealed packs, coloring was way off, packs looked legit until I flipped them over but the front was perfect like it was real. I opened three or four of the packs and couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A HUGE SCAM!!!

Hands down the worst customer support experience. They will not let you cancel orders the moment they are placed so make sure you purchase what you want!

Even if it is within their return/cancellation policy, they will not heed to your request.

I really like their pokemon Plushies. I got it for my niece and I'm so pleased with the purchase. The transaction was smooth, recieved my parcel on time and I loved how it looks. Highly recommend this seller. Will be buying again in future.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I canceled my order seconds after making it. They waited 2 days, after it had shipped, to tell me they can't process my refund. Now I have to jump through hoops to return it. Absolute laziness

I purchased a Demon Slayer sword as a gift for my son, and he is absolutely thrilled with it. Although the Katana was expected to arrive in 2-5 weeks, it was delivered earlier than anticipated, which was a fantastic surprise. The packaging was very sturdy, ensuring the Katana arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent; it’s not a toy, but a well-crafted piece.

Similar to the other 1-star reviews, I was completely ripped off. I ordered a figurine on December 14th, 2023 as a gift for my younger brother. It is now March 28th, 2024 as of this review and I have not received anything. I got an e-mail receipt for my order, but no shipping confirmation, number, or delivery notification even after the Anime Supply claimed they contacted USPS who said it was delivered to my door on February 22, 2024 (It was not.). I'll be disputing the charge through my bank :/ Deplorable "business" practice, lol.

UPDATE (May 24, 2024): My bank has helped me get my refund of $70 as of yesterday. If you got scammed by these people I encourage you to dispute the charge through your bank!

Bought two figures in two different orders. 1 figure came in a reasonable amount of time but the quality sucked and it couldn't even fit on its base so it cant stand up and is practically unusable. I reached out to customer support and they still havent fixed the issue after 5 weeks. The other order they told me they didnt fufill because they thought it was my first order. I will never order from them again.

I love my Product, but it took two months to arrive (it’s only supposed to take 2-6 weeks). The quality of my sword is really well made and very detailed. I ordered it the 17th of November and never got a tracking number. After exchanging emails with the company I was told it would be delivered on the 29th of December. When the 29th rolled around I didn’t have my product. The company said that it was delivered early, but again I had no product. The company said that UPS had made a mistake (never told me what happened) so they were shipping me a new one. I was given a shipping number this time, although it wasn’t accurate. I had to call the shipping company and they gave me a UPS tracking number (I was and still am so confused). This one was delayed again, but because of weather issues where I live. Over all I’d say the anime supply isn’t bad. It’s just that the lack of punctuality mixed with other sketchy reviews and a sketchy website makes you feel really anxious about it you’re getting scammed or not. Like I said earlier, I got my sword and it is made VERY well!

Do not be fooled! Please listen to me and the other one star reviewers. I purchased an item months ago and never received it nor any emails informing me my purchase was ready, shipped, or delivered. I emailed them and they claimed it had been delivered and to check my mailbox again. Don’t get your hopes up and purchase from this company. You will only be disappointed. I lost a good bit of money to this site as no one has responded to my follow up emails.

Bad quality and when I asked for money back they called me a scammer. I also reviewed the product on the site and they promptly removed it. I even included photos. Avoid these guys, they will rip you off.

I'm adding that they have tried to get this review removed. It will stay, I kept my receipt and verified it. Again, careful with this place, they don't want any bad reviews that say what they will try to do. They are just drop shippers so it's best to find a better place to get stuff.

Excellent experience with them! I see other two reviewers had bad experiences, but mine was totally different. I received the poster I ordered. It was quickly shipped taking into consideration that I live in Europe. I have no complaints.
