I bought the silver star blue earrings as a grad gift to my daughter. It looks absolutely perfect on her and made the night extra special. Quality is awesome, simple and stunning!

I bought a necklace a few weeks back, the tracking says delivered however I did not receive it. They told me to file a claim with USPS which I did. Once they have the case number, they immediately told me that a replacement will be shipped. It’s nice that my issue was resolved after two emails.

The tea set came broken, they replaced it immediately after asking for photos. 4 stars as they need better packaging.

I love apollobox, I was a bit suspicious at first due to the reviews and decided to order just one to check. It took around 3 weeks for the delivery and the quality is good so decided to order more items, so far so good. Apollobox is my go to when I need gifts. ;)

My son is a huge anything space fun. We got the astronaut side table and he is really happy. It took less than 2 months and it took a lot of patience from him.

I got the portable glasses case and I thought it did not fit my glasses. I emailed them and it turns out that I am not using it correctly, silly me lol. I love it and will buy again for a gift.

I give this company 1 star since I received my package. However it’s the worse customer service ever. I received my package it was cheaply made and not the correct size. I immediately reached out to them the same day I received it. Sent them photos etc. They contacted me back stating that I am measuring incorrect, I replied back informing them that the quality isn’t good and that my husband measured with a tape measure. I informed them that it was wrapped back up taped and ready for shipping and I requested the return information for the 2nd time.They took 2days and responded back requesting pics again. By this time I’m pissed because I had already provided pics showing them the product so I then responded with a photo showing it was ready to be returned well guess what they refused to give me the information for return. Giving me excuses I informed them that I would be shipping it back and I’m requesting my refund. The same day, I was at UPS shipping it back to the address on their website WHICH I PAID $65 to return it. I sent them the tracking information and photos and they replied back all of a sudden immediately saying this is not our warehouse address and then NOW provided me the address for the return. Stating if I didn’t return it to the warehouse I wouldn’t receive a refund. I contacted UPS and had them update the address. Sent yet another message showing them the tracking update. I tracked the package and received the confirmation of delivery from UPS. The Apollo box rep replied that the package was received and I would receive my refund. Well I haven’t received that refund yet. It’s been a month. I will never do business with them again and I’m sharing this on ALL PLATFORMS OF SOCIAL MEDIA. Do Not Purchase from this company.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. The merchandise advertised as crystal glasses imported from France were shipped from China, of very poor quality glass, without the retail box. The customer service later even tried to assure me that the warehouse is simply based in China, but the glasses are really French-made. When I insisted on returning the package, the customer service agent offered to keep the glasses and issue a store credit. This alone shows how much value these glasses really were.

To me, this whole experience appears as a complete fraud. When I opened a dispute with PayPal, they quickly doctored the product description on the website, removing a mention of "imported from France." The company refused to provide a return shipping label. It is already 10 days since they received the merchandise and they still have not issued a refund and are not providing any sensible explanation as to when the refund is going to be issued.

I would recommend avoiding dealing with this company if you value your money and time.

The company advertises a Target Threshold replacement plate, listed as “peacock green dinnerware” on their website. But it has a Target logo on the back of the plate, has the name “Belmont Green,” however it is a completely different shade of green than the actual Target plates. It is fraudulent merchandise (also sold for $35 for a SMALL plate) and the company refuses to give you a refund. Don’t ever give this company your money.

I called to place an order and got their call center. I couldn't place an order through them. They told me that they would call customer service to have them call me. It has been two days and they never called me.

The diy wooden dollhouse is so worth my purchase. I got it for my daughter and it kept her away from her ipad. At least until she finished it after a week or so lol. I will be purchasing their diy kits again soon/

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter in hopes to get it by her birthday. I ordered a week ago, Feb 12, and today, on Feb 19, the order is not even processed. I am so frustrated. Why is processing the order taking weeks?

I rarely write reviews, but his is warranted. Horrible customer service and products that are not as described in their listings. First item (print on canvas) came in a completely different color as depicted on their product page. They would not provide a return label for shipping and said that is the color it comes in (despite it being a different color in the picture). So instead of returning the product, they issued me a credit. I really didn't see anything else I wanted, but picked something to just use the credit. So I put the credit code in when I purchased the product, but when I got my credit card statement they charged me for the full amount. When I contacted them, they said that they could not issue a refund for a credit (i.e. when I just wanted a refund of the amount that should have been applied to my purchase). Then I get the product, which was supposed to include a remote control to adjust the lighting, it didn't have the remote. When I contacted them to return the product, they said I would have to pay for the return to Lithuania - yes Lithuania - even though their return policy clearly states that they will provide you a return label for products that are not functioning properly or defective. So I can return the product to Lithuania, costing me close to the $40 refund amount, or be stuck with a lamp I cannot use given its only mode - bright, constantly flashing multi-colored lights. Horrible experience every step of the way from this company. Stay away!

They lure you in with coupons and then don’t honor them. Bad customer service. I am canceling the order

Placed a lot of orders from this company. Never had any problems. I can always find fun gifts on it.They appear to be of good quality and they arrived on time. Love this web site!

I ordered a DIY bookshelf from them last month. Great quality, precision cut parts and clear instructions. I'm about through assembly and enjoying tremendously. Would love some inspiration for paint and signage above the shops (decals) to have been included.

I guess it *technically* isn't a scam, but it seems to pretty much just be the definition of chinese knockoff territory. I ordered a big Middle Earth map to hang as wall art, and it was advertised as not coming with a frame - however, it also came rolled up and *folded* at the ends resulting in really bad creasing across the top and bottom, and the print resolution was pretty low. They claim it was "painted" but it looks like it was just printed from a low-res google image search.

I *technically* received what I ordered. But I'll never order from them again. It's just a place for cheap chinese low quality manufacturing. Shop elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I never received my order and they refuse to refund or to replace. Order was placed December 6, 2022. And they do not have customer agents at their so called customer service phone number.

I ordered a music box and it was a cheap piece of overpriced junk. It arrived broken and Apollo box wanted me to provide them with a video to prove what l said was true. It took me all day to take it apart and try to fix it and the hand crank still doesn’t work. This is not a wind up music box but a hand crank. Not worth it beware!
