Excellent customer service!

I’ve ordered online at this retailer many times and have always received welcoming help with exchanges and returns.

Customer service were super helpful for a few things, polite, responsive and sorted everything out. Delivery to the UK took 10 days, quality of the items is superb given the price point.

I was in the mood for a surprise/ present to myself so went for a mystery box.

I am so pleased with the quality & range.

Currently swanning about my home in hemp trakkies & silk pyjamas from the box. Which included gorgeous dresses & skirts plus a hilarious fuzzy hat.

I can confirm that the price I paid for the 10 piece box was far exceeded by the rrp of the pieces received.

I've since made a direct order for a skirt & sarong I wanted, I really like the concept of this website.

Deceptive sellers. Unlike all other online retailers, they don’t clearly communicate what’s final sale. There is literally no messaging about items not being returnable or exchangeable when using a discount code except in the returns policy - aka the fine print, which nobody reads. It should be messaged when advertising the coupon or in the cart. Plus they don’t communicate when something has shipped or reply to customer care messages either. Buyer beware — it’s not worth it to buy from them.

Ordered three items, shipping took an exceptionally long time. Don’t order if you need the goods anytime soon.
Two of the items were ok, third was wrong size (ordered M, sent a S)
Customer service was prompt and efficient at the start, they were going to send a replacement for the incorrect item and instructions on how to return the wrong item. I received a tracking number but the tracking suddenly stopped as did contact. Never heard anything else and correct item never arrived. Really disappointing.

Like what other reviews said, this website is such a great idea I wish I had discovered them earlier! Prices are sometimes even better than Sample Sale, plus great customer service and seamless return. I no longer go line up for warehouse sale and strictly only shop with The Archive Place especially for swimwear. The only feedback I would give is some of the popular brands sell out really quickly and it seems like there is nowhere to get notified when they get restock. I have to check regularly to make sure I don’t miss out.

This site is such an incredible concept and the team behind it have absolutely nailed everything about it. The site is so user friendly, they have thought of everything! I am OBSESSED. I adore my purchases and love that I’m helping them make a difference. The world needs more of this.

Beautiful, quality designer products for amazing prices—a great value and they even ship to the US. Shipping takes some time but worth the wait. Very happy and loving my dresses. I will order with them again!

The site is easy to use. The products great range and prices. Quick delivery. When I had a minor issue there was a very prompt, polite reply and great support. I will definitely purchase again. Their customer service is excellent.

Recently discovered the Archive Place and was super impressed with their huge range and pricing! Long time shopper with The Archive Place, and have never had a bad experience. My last purchase required a return and exchange as I had ordered the wrong size. Following my request for return, the team responded within a few hours. Then, the exchange was at my door literally the next day. Incredible service - responsive, accommodating and fast. Cannot praise the team highly enough!!!!

Fast Delivery was great. Unfortunately the garment had two stains. I reached out for a return and Anna at the admin team was extremely understanding and helpful and helped arrange everything which took a huge relief off my shoulders. Terrible customer service and lack of communication. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Premium clothes and shoes at (very) discounted prices. Delivery was trackable and took 12 days from Auatralia to UK. Nicely packaged.
Customer service answered my query promptly.
