When writing a review we believe it's fair to state the good and the bad.
The good: This company shipped our product quickly and securely.
The bad: We bought 3 risers from this company. All 3 risers arrived with debris stuck to them, similar to wood chips or dead grass, making us think these were all stored outside.
It took a long while to clean them up and pick all of the tiny pieces of wood from the carpet fibers, but once we did they did clean up nice.
Our other issue is that the carpet is very loose on 1 of the 3 risers. We emailed the company to ask them to make this right, hoping for a solution on how to fix it ourselves, a credit, an exchange, or a refund. We sent them a video showing how loose the carpet is. However, their response was, 'the loose carpet is not considered a defect and is normal'.
Avoid this company at all cost. They ultimately do not care about their customer. We have only begun the process of building our home theater and were ready to spend much more money with this company. After this experience we will be moving on to a company that cares about their customers and the quality of their products.

The leather stinks like rotten meat. After a few months the smell faded, but still noticeable. A year later, spilled some water on the seat. OMG, smells worse than before. The massage only hits he very bottom portion of your back. They recline. But definitely no to a comfortable position. We have added cushions to the seats. Would not recommend or buy again. Look nice but not.

Cheap leather after only 6 yrs the leather is cracking even while routinely using leather conditioner. A row of the bottom LED lights stopped working and they don't carry replacements.
Very cheap fabric on my seats.
Purchased Seatcraft Sonoma seats 4 years ago. Several weeks ago I put a heating pad near the headrest for a neck issue. When I removed it I found a section of the headrest had bubbled up and peeled the coating off. I also purchased a warranty. The warranty company denied the claim. I called Theater seats to see if I could get another headrest. They told me they don't stock anything but mechanical parts. I asked them if I could get a piece of fabric but they said no. They changed manufacturers. I asked them if they could call the previous supplier. A csr said she would check with her manager and get back with me. Did not get a return call. Please note the material is called buffalo leather. All this is is a cheap colored
covering about the thickness of paint over foam. Its not a dyed leather fabric. Be careful when you shop with this company.

I am super sad to have to report this. We purchased the Belagio 3 row power recline leather Seatcraft theater Seats from HT several years ago along with the 5 year extended warranty. We were assured that everything about the seats was covered for five years. Recently we filed a claim and after nobody got back to us for three weeks I followed up. After being on hold for an hour, I was told that the leather seating areas themselves were not actually covered. This is exactly contrary to my notes and recorded phone messages with Patricia DeLeon the sales rep, ie, Patty! I have both called and emailed Patty and she is not returning my calls!!! The seats leather completely fell apart, very cheap material!
Also, the reading lights that I purchased with the seats never worked.

I ordered two individual Rockford Home Theater Seats in the 5000 brown leather. I got a call that the 5000 brown leather wasn't available, was offered the 7000 brown leather as an option. Glad I went with it. These two theater seat recliners are the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. Despite the three winter snow storms in the last week the chairs arrived 7 days after I placed the order. The back was easy to attach. The lumbar support hits my lower back perfectly. The adjustable headrest is very comfortable and raises my head enough to view the TV when fully reclined. The power motor is smooth and allows you to stop anywhere in the cycle. I'll probably rarely turn on the blue LED lights despite the fact they are just plain fun. I really like the USB port. My Samsung tablet had no problem with the power provided. It is my test device to see how good a charger really is. Now I have a use for all those one foot cords that seems to come with every device. The storeage area under both the arm rests are deep and spacious. I've got my remotes controls and my Chromebox Bluetooth full sized keyboard in one. There's room to spare. The other arm rest storeage is empty, but will hold the tray table when not in use. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the leather stitching. I checked all of the stitching on the chairs before I put them together. Sometimes leather stitching will be loose in at least one area, in this case there were no loose stitched areas on either chair. Seatcraft definitely has earned their reputation for quality. Total cost for my purchase $1,695.00
Very disappointed with their service
Very disappointed with their service. They told me my order for sure ship by 12/26 but it finally shipped 1/4. The couches finally arrived in my city on 1/13 and they couldn't schedule to deliver until 1/16 between 10:45-2:45. I skipped work all day to get the couches and it was nearing 3PM so I called the delivery company to see where they were and they told me that I was the next stop. I asked for an ETA but they said they couldn't give me one as the delivery truck was still at another delivery. 4PM rolled by and I called again and was again told I was the next stop. At 5PM I called again, and was given the same answer. At 6:30PM I received a call stating that they could not deliver to me that day because it was too late and that I had to reschedule for the next day with no given timeframe. I reluctantly agreed, knowing I had to miss another day of work as I wasn't given any other option. They finally showed up the next day just before noon to deliver my couches. The furniture is very high quality as it should be since the price reflects that. Unfortunately, though the delivery guys damaged my brand new wood flooring while they were there. I called the delivery company to make a claim but they told me that the claim would have to be through TheaterSeat.com as they were the shipper. I called TheaterSeat.com and was told they'd be happy to look into it but it was very unlikely they could get anything back from the delivery company. The lady I spoke to told me that the manager was out of town and wouldn't be back until a week later so she would have the manager call me when she returned. It's been almost a month now and I haven't heard back from TheaterSeat.com after they promised to return my call. My brand new floors are damaged and I have a quote of nearly half the price I paid for the couches to fix the floors. I would highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this company as they do not care about their customers at all. In the end, I lost 2 days of work and gained some awesome couches but also gained $1,500 in damaged floors.
