I highly recommend this company. I have booked tickets through Annabelle several times now and have always received great seats at great prices. Annabelle provides a very personal service and replies directly to any email

Annabelle really does offer a great deal for theatre lovers. My colleague recommended her to me and I've since bought a number of tickets from her. Because her ticket prices are so much more affordable than tickets from the box office, I end up seeing more shows as a regular treat for myself!

My son and I have purchased quite a few theatre tickets from this site and have been very pleased the service. The seats were always excellent and at such a good price. We will not hesitate to buy from Annabelle again

We recently went to see The Doctor at The Duke of York Theatre. I have booked tickets through Annabelle on several occasions. Communication is very good. The tickets have always been very good value and excellent seats.
It is always the place I look first for show tickets.

Make your own mind up. This is the reply I received back from this third party theatre company when asking if refunds for a show that was cancelled had been given:

I am surprised that you feel the need to question my integrity.

As I said below, you did not buy these tickets from me therefore I am not able to discuss the order with you. For data protection reasons, I will only discuss orders with the person that bought the tickets.

I contacted x last week to update her on the order so I’m sure she’ll be able to fill you in and I am cc’ing her in this thread as well.

In the future, you might be better off buying directly from a box office rather than asking your friend to book on your behalf and then you can be completely in control of the booking. Given the tone of your email, I suspect my theatre group isn’t a good fit for you, so I will remove you now. I only want my members to have positive experience which you clearly feel you are not getting.
