Scam - they do not load the cards please do not use them.
Cruel company to take money and send out the card with no value - then you give it as a gift and let someone down when they have no gift - just a bit of plastic

Emailed 8 times, no response, ordered voucher for my daughter by signed for, never arrived, this was 5 weeks ago, phone number is also dead. Complete scam

Can only reiterate earlier reviews complained that the tokens hadn't arrived when they eventually arrived (late) were given as a gift for a special birthday and ashamed that when they tried to redeem had no value do not buy from this company they are scandalous scammers!!

I paid over £100 for theatre gift vouchers and the token issued had no value on it. I have tried numerous times to contact by chat, email and telephone. Absolutely no response. This is a scam business and should be shut down immediately.

I am the latest victim of this company, I'm sure I won't be the last. They took my money and never loaded it onto the Token. It was a special birthday present for a friend and they were so disappointed when they went to purchase their tickets and I was so embarrassed that I didn't read these reviews first. I've asked for a cancellation of the token and for them to refund the money back but I'm not going to hold my breath.

As far as I’m concerned this is a scam:
1. I ordered a gift card on 7th sept, so over 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I emailed multiple times and haven’t heard anything back

2. Why would a company send a voucher via the post and not email it?

DO NOT USE. They should be out of business (hope they will very soon)

Emailed 5 times, no reply, phoned their supplied contact number, out of service, live chat no response. When card arrived 5, days later, went to redeem it online number is invalid. Disgraceful, if I could give zero stars I would.

Really difficult to contact the company. I have paid £5.30 for tracked delivery today but have no Royal Mail tracking number and they are not here yet. No response from Live Chat and the phone number is not recognised. I have emailed but have no idea how long I will have to wait for a response.

Ordered vouchers 2 weeks ago. Paid extra for first class tracked Royal Mail. The reference number provided is not recognised by Royal Mail and no response to emails. The online chat response was “they will be posted” or I can print a voucher which clearly states on it is temporary and non redeemable.
I am worried that this is a scam company!

Voucher was ordered on 9/11 with Signed For option costing £2.70. Did not arrive after 5 days so Emailed customer services who responded immediately. Voucher arrived on 16/11. Envelope showed it was posted on 10/11 so Royal Mail was at fault - and they didn't even get it signed for, just put it through the door! Cannot fault Prista Ltd for their response/service.

Very late coming, about 3 weeks wait and too late for the occasion I bought them for. They advertise next day dispatch which is patently untrue. The token did however eventually turn up, but only after I raised a dispute with Paypal (I cancelled the dispute after arrival) There is no one on the apparent live chat and no one responded to any messages. My advice is to just pick one up at a local large supermarket in future- I certainly wish I had. Not worth the stress of thinking I'd been scammed, and certainly not worth the postage cost.

I ordered vouchers and paid £7.85 for next day delivery, placing my order at 10am, well within the 1pm cut off. They didn't arrive and there was no response to the chat, online email form or phone call. They weren't posted until 4 days later missing the birthday for which they were intended. I would not use this company again.

Not delivers in time. Not able to contact via 3 emails and numerous phone calls. Feared I had been scammed.

No answer on the telephone number and no email response after an issue

Ordered 3 x vouchers on December 11th to be sent via signed and tracked delivery. I've had no notification of any being sent, and no tracking codes to follow.
The site claims to be dispatched all orders the next working day, clearly not.
One of the 3 vouchers has arrived but 2 have still not arrived, now at December 28.
No replies to emails. not even an automated acknowledgement. Phone line rings out unanswered. Scam company,awaiting a refund

Rubbish company. I emailed, phoned and used their ‘online chat facility’ to enquire about my order of over £160 with no response whatsoever. I thought I’d been scammed. The theatre voucher has arrived but no sign of the music cd ordered. Both were bought as presents. Avoid. Too stressful.

A very disappointed customer who is starting to think he's been taken for a ride. Ordered theatre vouchers for my family for Christmas along with a message on each of the two gift wallets and a cd The Musicals. Recorded/signed for delivery because I'd spent nearly £170. Vouchers arrived but no message only a yellow postit note stuck to the back on the wallet with the value written in it.
No CD either. E-mailed the customer support email address over a week ago and nothing. Beginning to think these are a con merchant and I've just wasted my time, money and will ultimately have embarassed my family members when they go to redeem the vouchers or at least try to redeem the vouchers.
Make your own mind up but I'm certainly not impressed.
