Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do; particularly when you are relocating to the other end of the country. However Anita took all that stress away. From start to finish, she helped and guided us. She knew the right home for our family, she helped push the solicitors to get the chain through at a time that suited everyone and she took the pressure off when any little glitches came up. She also took the time to show us round the local area and has helped us settle into the community. Cannot recommend her enough

Anita was a breath of fresh air - we tried 2 other estate agents and after a year were despairing - she knows the area and the market and is a force to be reckoned with - a complete wraparound service from initial honest assessment and advice for presenting and marketing to get maximum impact right to the sale completion chasing solicitors and chivvying everyone along - don’t waste your time just go for it and choose Anita - can’t thank her enough!

As Anita lives in the village she knows all about it and can answer any questions. She has guided us through what turned out to be a marathon but we got there in the end. Always available for any query about the progress of the sale. Highly recommended!

Not having used a personal approach for an agency to sell a family home before, we took a leap of faith. We had narrowed down to x2 personal agents. Although we chose the more expensive of the two, we were given such confidence by our agent in her enthusiasm and reassuring fresh approach that it made it a no brainer. Empathetic to the sale of a cherished family home our agent gave a representation to buyers of a future family home, with huge potential to grow with (just what we wanted).
Overall we were overwhelmed with the response when the home was released and produced multiple offers before best and final and acceptance. We would most definitely recommend Emily to family & friends.

We literally did nothing in the sale of our house! All viewings were taken care of by Laura. We were kept updated by Steph and Jack. We cannot recommend them enough. Efficient, kind and considerate. We worked with Henry Teal from Lichfield as our estate agent and were hugely impressed by his professionalism and commitment throughout the process. He was exceptionally driven and determined to get the sale across the line, going above and beyond to make things happen. Although the sale didn’t conclude in the end (through no fault of Henry’s), his dedication, clear communication, and proactive approach really stood out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others and would be glad to work with him again in the future.

We tried an estate agent with a good reputation and got 2 viewings in 5 weeks. We then turned to Martin and The Avenue and wow what a difference. The level of professionalism was leagues above. Most impressive aspect about the process was Martins relationship with us. Did not feel like he was here to just sell my house but to go the extra mile and help in my other ways. House was on the market for 2 days and sold for over the asking price by 10k. Don’t bother with other estate agents they don’t bring what The Avenue brings. Brilliant estate agents and cannot thank them enough.
