Normally don’t have any issues but the order that arrived today was certainly not 19 large Hass, they were a mixture of size and shape and look more like a box of seconds

Easy to order. Avocados arrived in excellent condition. Because they were a little smaller than advertised, extra fruits were added to the order which was most appreciated. Delivery was very prompt even though we live in a remote location on Te Waipounamu.

Excellent customer service and communication. Love the avocados , much cheaper than the supermarket. That’s a huge saving cost . Thank you. Would highly recommend

Amazing looking avocados and great advice on how to store and use over time, rather than all at once!
Tried my first ripe one today just using a teaspoon - beautiful taste and perfectly ripe. I love the concept of straight from the grower the consumer and I know they have been freshly picked, rather than in cold storage for weeks or months. Great packaging and arrived in perfect order. Great price on subscription and good way to get good fats at a reasonable price!

Avocados arrived they look great can’t wait to tuck into them. Wonderful prompt service, beautiful healthy fruit. Ngā mihi nui.

First time order. I am impressed that I can have an order every 3 weeks as I am the only one eating avocados in the household. Avocados arrived and just all just perfect in different ripening stages. Love the information on the box very helpful.

We started buying avos from Avotree as we were sick of getting so many bruised ones from our supermarket. Our experience with them has been exceptional. They are always well packaged and arrive promptly. We have had some boxes where the avos have had black veins and spots but what is so great with the Avotree is that you have Avo insurance of the quality. You take a photo and send it to them if they are off. Over the 2 years of 3 weekly delivery that we have been getting them we have only had to contact them a few times & the customer service has been spot on every time.

The detail of
delivery times are very helpful. The top quality of the produce & being able to store in the crisper drawer of the fridge once they color up so that each avo is eaten at its best! Yummy.

OMG, these Reed Avocado's look fabulous. More than happy with how these beauties were packed safely for the journey and arrived unscathed. My very first order from The Avo Tree and I'm impressed, not only with prep. emails regarding ripening but the box details itself doubles up as a reminder. I am so looking forward to enjoying these avocados, knowing these were picked fresh from the tree just before delivery so not placed in cold storage.

Cannot fault the service

I received my first box of avos of about 15 (I think it was that many), on 2nd January.
To date, I haven't been able to eat any of them. None of them were ripe enough to eat the day I got them, which I thought was daft, or since.
I deliberately didn't buy any before Xmas as I thought at least some in the box would be edible straight off.
So far I've tried to cut into about 4 which I ultimately threw out which goes against all my reduce-waste-ethos! The ones I opened were an awful colour & I don't think I'll be ordering any more. I did leave a message asking someone on the A.T site but got no reply.
