Very happy with my new Eastpak suitcase, great customer service and very prompt delivery.

I wanted a new Rains bag for a trip. Found the exact one I wanted at The Backpacker. Good price and delivery was very fast. The bag got compliments!

I accidentally placed my order before it was complete but although I tried to contact this company before it was despatched, none of the methods they advised to reach them worked - no telephone answered, no email answered & non existent web chat. Consequently I was charged £5.95 for postage and then another £5 to return the item.

Quality luggage, enjoyed using it dor my holiday.
Quite expensive, but clearly made to a high standard and eastpak offer a 30 year guarantee.
Arrived well packaged, all tags and undamaged box.

I found the item I was looking for at a better price. Delivery was very fast. Excellent value for money overall and I'd buy again from here

Nothing wrong with the bag, it's great. A well made Eastpak bag that is perfect for my purposes.
The 2 stars are because the packaging was poor, the box was not sealed properly and there was a lot of some unknown wet and sticky substance on the outside of it. I made the courier wait while I checked the contents weren't damaged. Also, the delivery was 2 days late which was down to the courier APC.

Great Service. Eastpak Transverz was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to order online, good communication and fast delivery. Unfortunately the packaging was not good, arrived in large box which was open due to insufficient tape. Product fine despite this.

The case arrived the next day, without any issues.

Website was very easy to use and had a great selection of products. I found exactly what I was looking for and the price was great too. They offered quick delivery with a good courier. The Backpacker made the experience stress free by keeping me informed with progress on my order. My new bags arrived right when promised and were packaged well, protecting them for the last time of their travelling lives!

Found a new wheeled hold-all I wanted and they were so competitively priced. It was a bit of a last minute purchase so I was relieved when it was dispatched quickly but frustrated the tracker didn’t work. They said it was Royal Mail 48 hour but tracker number said DHL. It arrived it 2 days so speedy delivery and I’d use them again
