Great value, well (eco) packaged & quick delivery

Hadn't heard of this company before, but decided to order as there was a sale. I was pleased with packaging, although the carriers had managed to split the box slightly. These are a birthday gift, so haven't tested the cones or backflow burner, but everything smells gorgeous,especially the incense which comes beautifully boxed.

Excellent service, delivery very quick and fabulous products. Very disappointed that they are closing down and stock is low.

Easy to order and arrived very quickly.
Items are lovely. They are for stocking fillers so haven’t used them, but nice packaging and all natural ingredients.

Great customer service. I had a problem with one of their products and they replaced it straight away.
I've been using their binchotan charcoal since last January and I'm really impressed. Tap water tastes so much better and I finally stopped buying bottled water!
