I use this all the time when I travel. Most commercial gyms dont have a jack so this comes in handy and saves alot of energy loading plates!

Makes setting up hip thrusts less painful! Easy to use and not heavy to carry to the gym. If you’re hip thrusting often, you need this in your life!
