Speedy delivery, excellent customer service!
I really appreciated an email from the company explaining that the colour of the baskets was slightly different to the laundry basket that I had ordered, and asking whether I minded or wanted to cancel the order. I didn't mind as the baskets are so gorgeous! They sent the order out that evening and it arrived the following day. Very impressed with the speed of delivery and the customer service. Would thoroughly recommend and I'm sure I will order more from them in due course!

I didn’t get my order
I didn’t get my order. I left a note on my front door to leave with my neighbour and when I got home at 7 is wasn’t with my neighbour but I looked on the website and it was left on my front drive and it’s gone

Poor quality.
The basket was a good size, but there were lots of pieces sticking out on the inside where the handle joins the maim part. I’m not sure how it passed quality control. It’s very poor.
