This company offers exemplary customer service , on one occasion offering to measure the bags for me to find an identical size to the one I already had . So pleasant and well mannered on the phone , I intend to keep reordering.

I simply love the storage baskets and bags from The Basket Room. I have loads of them and find it hard to resist when new products come out. My house is full of them but they all have a purpose and that’s what’s so good. Each one a useful work of art. It’s also great to know they have been sourced ethically and to have a contention to the maker adds to each basket’s individual ‘character’.

Overall, I am happy about my experience with online shopping at The Basket Room and can definitely recommend it. The customer service was friendly and quick and so was the delivery. I also appreciated the transparency of information on the website regarding additional tax fee for shipping to EU, so I was prepared to pay the 23€ customs charges prior to delivery.

If anything, I was told that the colors of nifty knit in the photo of the basket I wanted to buy were true to life, just „a bit more vibrant”. In fact, the turquoise from the photo looks green in the real life. Nevertheless, the basket is still beautiful, surprisingly soft and made with care. I recommend.
