Placed an order on 14th June. Queried non receipt two weeks later and received an apology for the delay due to operating skeletal staff.
Further emails have remained unanswered.
Unfortunately I have to give them one star, the worst mail order company I have ever used.
AVOID

I bought a pack of 4 6amp makita batteries they have now all failed I might as well have burned £145 or bought 2 genuine 5amps, Contacted these people about the first one that failed almost immediately after they arrived 5 months ago (June 2021). The second faild in August. The rest have all died slowly. I contacted these theives and they said they'd get back to me but they have not. If your feeling like buying this product JUST BURN SOME £50 NOTES, the effect will be the same

Ordered a couple of batteries to go with my Ryobi one+ system. Paid on card a total of £69.99 with a 1 week lead time for delivery. No rush I thought. That was 04 June 2021 and to this day NO batteries and NO refund on my card. I have had £69.99 stolen from me and nothing from the company in the way of apology or anything. Total crooks

If no one believes this the order number was #2602 dated 04.06.2021

Placed an order in June, it is now October and have recieved nothing!
They are rude in emails and now do not respond.

Three months after ordering several batteries I have received nothing, no update emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!

SCAM !!!! AVOID !!!! Two batteries ordered - they did arrive - NOT genuine Milwaukee - cheap knock-offs from China - obviously - I wouldn't have minded them being FAKE if they worked at all - but they wouldn't even hold a charge. I reported the problem to the company and "JOHN" replied that a new pair of batteries would be dispatched right away - didn't happen. I enquired again - he said he was waiting for the faulty batteries to be returned - I said I would not be prepared to spend £20 to return them on top of the £90 I had already wasted, he said he would arrange for the warehouse to send me a prepaid return label - didn't happen. All my further enquiries were ignored - I reclaimed through PayPal - but you could save yourself a lot of bother and AVOID.

Absolute bunch of scamming barstuardsexcuse my language but there's no other language to describe them ordered batteries 20 weeks ago still no sign of them they won't even answer my emails please avoid like the plauge

It’s now been 15 weeks since I ordered some battery’s from The Battery outlet and still no sign of my missing battery’s !!!!

I’ve emailed them countless times and messaged them on Facebook and all contact has been stop from there side !!!!

When they were replying they kept palming me off saying it’s gonna be another 4 weeks !!!

And when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t as I hadn't received the items I have ordered !!!

If they cannot get the replacement battery’s why are they still selling them online !!!

Avoid !! At all costs , seems to be a scam !!!

Ordered a 6amp dewalt battery and it failed within a few weeks. Sent video of the problem to a guy called John and they agreed to replace it. That was about 4 months ago. Still no replacement arrived and sent many emails without even a reply!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This company is a scam do not use ,they take your money and do not send the goods.I have sent emails and they use delivery problems as an excuse.I am now reporting them to Trading Standards and action to try and recover the money

I have asked for a refund and tried to return 2 batteries I bought to use in a Makita set for a blower thinking it was a good idea

As previous people have stated they are an awful disgrace to the core
No refund no correspondence no return label absolutely a SCAM OUTFIT
I will now see if I can report them to TRADING STANDARDS as it’s a disgrace

Despite reassurances my battery is still overdue, and I am £36.95 out of pocket. I should have listened, "If it's too good to be true, then it isn't! Disappointed!

The old saying buy cheap, buy twice has never been truer. Purchased two 18v batteries for my de Walt tool kit, one of the batteries drained in about 5 minutes and now the other one has followed suit after about 10 uses. Contacted them( a guy called John thanked me for reaching out) and sent a video as requested, heard nothing since, so I’m guessing John wasn’t that grateful for me reaching out!!
My advice is buy originals and not these pattern part batteries

I ordered a battery on the 5th of June 2021.
In stock !!?? 3-5 days delivery.
No tracking details given.
Emails of my enquiry as why I had not received my package.
A Chap named John blamed Hermes deliveries for issues.
A few weeks later I emailed and was told the package was coming from China and it was out of their control.
E-mailed again a few times and no response.
Now the 19/08/21
Update 26/11/21 and still no battery or a response from the company.
Stay away from this company.

Total con artists. They are now ignoring my emails and I’ve had to resort to claiming via my bank. Paid out £160 for 4 batteries and have to wait 4 months for them as a merchant to respond to the banks enquiries. Absolutely disgusting

Scammers order batteries pay money never receive your goods avoid like the plague john ( not his real name obviously probably chinese ) ordered 2cryobi batteries nearly 3 months ago not answering emails any more

Ordered battery 6 weeks ago. Never arrived. "John" said they were in transit but could not provide tracking numbers or a VAT invoice. Now arranging re-fund via my bank fraud team. AVOID!

Avoid them at all costs. Lost my goods blamed the delivery company who agreed they had lost it ,explained that battery outlet were still responsible but ignored.They then stated the delivery company HAD delivered the goods(picture of old delivery) and told me to report it stolen.Deal with them at your peril I'm reporting them to trading standards

I have just got a full refund via PayPal uk for £109.99 . A order for dewalt batterys and charger. 8 e mails sent a guy could john put up it was my Hermes lost the order asked for a tracking number which they did not have .avoid AVOLD THIS COMPANY like a PLAGUE just a total SCAM COMPANY. I THINK ITS NOT A UK COMPANY.

Awful, they are a scam. Ordered 3 months ago and just keep getting excuses from some idiot called John. I have reported the scam to my bank and after hearing nothing from the company in weeks after chasing daily they said that they had received notification from my bank and at least I would get my money back that way. What a scam. Please stay away, these guys will take your money and run. Never experienced anything like it and I will make it my task to make everyone know so they go down.
