Communication is terrible and very slow delivery
The communication from this company is absolute rubbish, I contacted them twice to get some idea of what is going on with my order and they didn't have the decency to respond once. The items arrived 12 days after I ordered them and to be honest there are plenty of other beard product suppliers out there who give a service. The Bearded Gent company certainly doesn't. One to chalk up to experience.

No contact and order not received 8 days after being placed on 1-2 day delivery
I ordered some oil from their online store on Tuesday 17th January and paid for the 1-2 day delivery. It got to Saturday 21st January and i had received nothing. I sent them a message via their website which told me i'd receive a reply in 48 hours. It then got to Tuesday 24th January and i heard nothing and still had not received my item so sent the ma message via their facebook page. It is now Wednesday 25th January, 8 days after my order, i've had no contact from the company and my item that was meant to be 1-2 days delivery still has not turned up. Very bad customer service. suggest you not to order from them!
