Happy customer

Happy with the fast service. Cheaper prices compared to other companies. Happy with 10% discount with my purchase. I will definitely shop again.

This is my 3rd order with them and I …

This is my 3rd order with them and I hadn't have any problem so far.

Now that I'm not getting my parcel since last month (and they already charged me) and I need to talk to them I cannot either reach them over the phone: the line keeps ringing without any answer, I also emailed them more times, no reply.

I would know where is my order (ref. 100006836 24/12/2017 Rosaria Brancato £21.69). I'm aware that one of the two items wasn't available and I asked to receive the one that was instead but I haven't received yet any parcel since December but Thebeautybooth already charged me.

I would appreciate an answer first, and a refund if you're no longer available to place it. Next time please make sure to take the money once you delivered.

I'm looking forward to hear from you.

Absolutley delighted

Absolutley delighted. I had actually ordered from another company but was let down when they emailed to say they were out of stock and refunded my money. I ordered with the Beauty Booth and recived it in under 48 hours, and paid £10 less. Will deffinatley use them again

Product: Matrix Biolage advanced.

This product, provided by The Beauty Booth, is excellent value for money.
Service excellent.
I have been using this product for quite some time now und really love it.
My hair is shiny and has great volume. No mad/bad Hairdays anymore.
Don't require straighteners anymore!
