They said the product was delivered, but I never received it. They did refund my money but when I asked to have the product resent, they said they couldn't. I am disappointed because I actually liked the mascara, but I will be going with a different brand.

Decided to try the beauty vault as the product I wanted was out of stock on the website I usually buy from. My only gripe is that the shipping times and prices aren't clear. In the FAQ it says there are 2 shipping options standard 3-4 working days or express 1-2 working days. At checkout there was one shipping option at £8 with no indication of how long it would take or that it was evri. At that price I'd guess it would be the express shipping but it took longer than standard. I decided to test this and put other items in my cart and it gave me 2 shipping options of standard evri for £4 or standard dpd for £8. This difference seems to change depending on the brand being bought. When it came it was packaged very well and safe.

The customer service was excellent - my parcel was delayed (courier issue not sender) and the replies were fast and helpful.
I love the items, too. Everything was well wrapped and there is a great selection of products.

Underwhelming and I’m glad i managed to get the things on sale.

I had bought a blusher contour that I really liked from the store of B&M. When I went to try to get another they were no longer selling it. I put in the brand name and it came up with the beauty vault. Found the product. Unfortunately it was about to be discontinued so I bought two. It came very quickly as it stated. Very happy with my purchase. Just wished that it wasn't going out of stock.

Arrived really promptly & I am very pleased with the quality of the products. I really appreciate this brand's ethics & it's a pleasure to shop with them, especially when there's a sale on!
