A personal call to confirm the details, a delivery date set on the spot, and just one week later, our custom-made bed was here. Seamless service, clear communication, and updates right up to arrival. The delivery was a dream, the driver called when he was an hour away which was very convenient. The superking ottoman box looks amazing!

Good customer service. The team in Dewsbury contacted me on a couple of occasions to confirm what I had ordered and double and triple checking on some things to ensure there would be no surprises upon delivery. It was handy to be able to customise the bed divans with regards to material, style, colour, storage, etc. This type of customisation is not offered by many bed suppliers and resellers in the UK. Order turnaround was far quicker than expected with the divans delivered within approximately a week of placing the order. They deliver their own products so there is no third party involved and this results in more seamless communication between the business, delivery driver(s) and customers. Overall was a fairly slick experience and offering a level of customer service we are not used to getting in the UK. More importantly, I am more than happy that this is a local UK business. You may not get the premium quality of beds you'll find in premium hotel chains, but you will get solid products and good customer service at very reasonable prices (prices you may find hard to compete with).

Beautiful ottoman box - I love it, excellent quality, very well made and really good price. Delivery was even quicker than they quoted on website and communication was great, they called to ensure I made the correct order and to confirm best delivery date. Highly recommend.

What an excellent company, from sending a swatch to finished bed and delivery. Our new bed is beautifully made and ordered and delivered within a week. The customer service is A1!! I recently had a great experience with Bed Craft when purchasing a new bed. I made a mistake with the delivery address, but the team was quick to rectify the issue and make sure my bed was delivered to the correct location. They were very understanding of my full-time work schedule and went above and beyond to accommodate a weekend delivery for me.

Excellent service I ordered online unsure about the company as I have never heard of them before. On the same day I ordered I received a call from them offering delivery within 4 days when it’s usually 10-14 days. They were able to deliver convenience to me on a Sunday. Bed came on-time they answered all questions that I queried efficiently and nothing was too much to ask. Bed was a good price and of good quality. Would use them again

I can't recommend this company enough. We've had the bed for about a month now and the whole experience with them was first class from beginning to end and the quality of the product far exceeds the cost. We live in a part of Devon which is slightly out of the way and The Bed Crafters went above and beyond what would be expected to ensure we got the quickly. Will be using them again the next time we need a bed.
