Personal service
Helpful staff made buying a bed very easy. Seemed to be lots of options to choose the right product. Delivery and removal of old bed was seamless and delivery staff, polite and careful.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish! Visited shop for my daughter to choose a mattress, sales person was so helpful and let us lie on the mattresses. Delivery was quick & the 2 men who delivered were polite and friendly. I always buy my mattresses from here & will definitely return.

Good All Round Experience
The salesman was friendly and informative, not pushy. We came out of the shop feeling confident with our purchase. The price we paid was less than elsewhere online. The delivery was free and also the disposal of the old bed. We received our bed within 3 1/2 weeks and it was set up for us expertly. This is how we should all be treated all of the time by shops. I cannot give a higher recommendation.

Excellent service from start to finish
Polite, honest advice from our very first visit to the store, during which we did not find what we were looking for to suit our main bedroom... However, a suggestion by their assistant for our 2nd bedroom - a small double - inspired us to return some months later. Again, invaluable help to weigh up the pros and cons of an ottoman bed which resulted in us taking delivery this week. The delivery team were also friendly and careful and as efficient as we had been assured they would be.
Would highly recommend the Bed Gallery not only for quality v price but above all for the attention they give to excellent customer service.

Excellent service
Visited The Bed Gallery one Saturday afternoon as needed a new mattress quickly. Very polite and helpful from the moment we entered the shop. Got a mattress for our budget and it was delivered later that afternoon. Brilliant service. Also had lots of nice wardrobes and chest of drawers in store. Will be back at some point.
