The Bed Gallery 

Was recommended to check the bed gallery out by a family member and I'm glad we did, Colin was incredibly knowledgeable on the mattress he had there, didn't rush or pressure when we was there took us through the mattresses he had in the shop from soft to firm to see what we was looking for, would highly recommend the bed gallery over one of the 'bigger names' as I can guarantee you won't get the service or knowledge that you will get from Colin and he's team.

I ordered a headboard from The Bed Gallery. The gentleman was very helpful but not pushy. When I got home I changed my mind about the colour so went back to the shop and they changed the order for me. When they delivered it today they fitted it for me as I’m on my own. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so polite & helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again & also recommend to my family & friends.

We had tried the usual big stores to purchase a bed. I hadn’t noticed the Bed Gallery before and spotted it whilst driving in Cheshunt High Road. I wandered in with my wife, admittedly not expecting to find what I wanted, but to my surprise the shop had an extensive range of beds on show. The customer service was excellent, I didn’t feel pressured into a purchase and the advisor had an extensive knowledge, having worked in the family business for some time.
We found the bed we wanted, the bed was delivered a couple of weeks later and the delivery team build the bed for you and take away the old bed.
Great service and will not hesitate to revisit when we need another bed.

I always found places that sell to the public carry the usual flannel that goes with it either being too pushy, rush for a quick sale and sometimes intimidating.
So I was pleasantly surprised with my visit here, genuine service, friendly staff go a long way with me. I didn’t know there was so much to buying not just a bed but also with the mattress that is comfortable & supports me, especially with my health issues, I need a good night sleep and definitely don’t want a bed that just looks nice but has weak noisy springs and wears easily!
So the knowledge and advice the staff have to get the ideal one ranging from size, thickness, density, quality, etc (I could go on) to be perfect was really welcome and of course the price is important for me too. I never realised or been have told all these different factors before. So it’s nice when all these are explained so it’s easier to choose, make a decision and I might add without any pressure.
With the Free delivery and taking the old one away is a winner too. I definitely recommend the Bed Gallery and now know why the reviews are excellent. Thanks again 👍

Amazing experience at the Bed Gallery. We needed to purchase a new mattress for our Kingsize bed and a bed for our teenager. We were unsure what type to go for but Col and Rosanna at the bed Gallery were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with their advice on what we were looking for. We were able to try out the different comforts in lovely surroundings. Our delivery came ontime and reasonably priced too. Easy parking at the shop.
