delivery on the right day and at the agreed time

Our bed arrived on the exact date given and it was exactly what I ordered 😍😍

Our matress arrived it’s absolutely outstanding love it perfect ! Very trustworthy also!

They delivered a double bed with two draws and one of the draws was broken,the bed has a gap when joined together.
We contacted the company about the problem and they said that they would replace the draw,we have been trying to get the replacement but now they will not respond to text messages or even reply to the email sent ,
I want everyone to know that I would not recommend or use this company again,
Also the contact phone number is not recognised.

We ordered a bed from a photo your company sent us online. They delivered the bed late at night in the dark & wouldnt let us check it once in our house, on opening it the drawer was broken with no front on it, my husband ran back out to the delivery man who said 'not my problem now its off the lorry'. The headboard was a lot smaller than we'd ordered also. Tried the ph no on the site which was not recognised so messaged them through face book. We have been totally ignored & there is no other way to contact them. The bed is very cheaply made with thin baton & thin material & doesn't even join properly in the middle. Very disappointed with purchase & customer communication ( which is none since taking our money). Would never ever purchase from them again. Bed needs to go to the tip, I wish I could send photos to warn people.

I ordered my mattress, informed all the way of delivery. A very nice man delivered my item. The mattress is super comfortable. 🙂

Left at bottom of stairs after I got told that they would be delivered directly to my flat.
Was told it would be carried upstairs due to my mum being housebound.
This was agreed after I refused to pay a charge for carrying upstairs.
Would highly recommend getting them as they are really comfortable.
Would have given 5 stars otherwise

I asked them for delivery time, gave them my address, and they stated it will take up to 3-5 working days, which was fantastic then. On September 11th, I placed an order of king size bed and mattress with them via Whatsapp. I asked them for COD because they had both options, then they asked me for an advance payment of £60, which I transferred to them. After that, I asked them for the receipt, which they responded to after two days, and then I asked them about the delivery status, which they didn't respond to after a couple of days, saying we'll let you know tomorrow. I was patiently waiting for their response, but they didn't respond. I asked for a refund after sleeping on the floor expecting delivery, but they refused and said they will charge me £90 for cancellation. I was shocked and will never recommend making any purchases with them again, even though they were quite connected with me on the last day.

The price are affordable,the fabrics are nice and neatly placed.The production was swift,the response was quick and polite and then,the delivery was fast.

I had a swift delivery and the beds are very comfortable and Cousy.

I bought a mattress off this company , it was supposed to come a week before I got it but there lorry broke down so had to wait another week but they removed my old one for free as a gesture which I was delighted with , not only is the mattress amazing it’s good quality and really has given me a great nights sleep, I chose a mattress that helps with your joints as I have problems and it really does , and the lady that kept me up to date was polite , and kept me updated , I will be purchasing another for my mum have every confidence in this firm 5 stars definantly

Hi, I got delivery my double bed mattress 2000 pocket spring which is usually comfortable and good so good so far! Guys you can buy it for any season, I would like to say thanks for this mattress company
