Never again

I'm giving this company one star, but this company shouldn't have any stars at all!

I bought a bed for €4,000, but after delivery, it turned out to be damaged and the electric slatted base wasn't adjusted properly. I contacted them immediately and sent photos.
I received one email saying they were contacting the manufacturer, but they didn't respond to any other emails.
I sent several friendly emails, but never received a response.
I've now hired a lawyer.
A very bad company; I advise against ever buying anything from them.
