Excellent customer service. Phoned the day after delivery to make sure everything was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

The company is brilliant, Ash phoned me after I had placed my ordered and talked through the process with an estimated time of the bed being finished and ready. The courier service used was great, being able to select a day and keeping me up to date with everything, the bed arrived in perfect condition and just like the photo of the one I ordered, it’s very well made and I would highly recommend to anyone to order from this company

Amazing service and products at very reasonable prices. We ordered a new bed which was made to order using locally sourced timber and also a mattress. It was delivered promptly with great communication throughout the whole process. The bed is made lovely and the mattress very comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.

Great customer service. Called to let me know they had the order, what the process was and gave me an opportunity to address any questions. The bed was made and sent very quickly. It is great quality and exactly as expected. The follow up call asking if there were any issues with putting it together was also a great example of amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

We ordered our bed Sunday, it was delivered Wednesday, fantastic service, really happy with the quality, and even more so the lower price we paid compared to other high street stores! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the bed I received from The Bed Village Yorkshire. Although there was a minor issue with one of the threads in the headboard, it was easily fixed and the rest of the bed was easy to assemble. Overall very happy with my purchase and would definitely be a returning customer in the future.

It’s great. Just as described on the website. Delivery was on time. Communication with staff was brilliant and they couldn’t do enough to help. Rang to give me updates etc. Answered all questions. Lovely bed and will be ordering another soon for my other daughter.
