Flat
The kegs both were flat almost no head which normally is the other way round on the blade.
Opened both maybe the transport was poor I'll stick with my regular keg supplier going forward.
Delivery was spot on so can't fault that.

Hi Jason, good to hear you were happy with the delivery but I'm sorry to hear this was your experience. I can't seem to find any emails from you on the system in relation to the kegs. Did you email us in relation to them?
I can see the code from the batch of kegs you received and we have not received any other issues in relation to the quality of them.

Upon reviewing your order, we noticed that it was submitted just after our 12 noon cut-off on Nov 15th. With DPD, the earliest possible delivery would have been on Nov 19th. It appears that your order was indeed delivered on the specified date at 11:34 am. We understand the importance of timely deliveries, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
It seems there was an issue with the delivery office, as An Post mistakenly brought the order to an incorrect location. Unfortunately, this was beyond our control, and we sincerely regret any frustration this may have caused.
As a small Irish company with a dedicated team of 10 staff, every customer's experience is of the utmost importance to us. An Post Delivery
I’m a regular customer…Very efficient online ordering and payment but this time the delivery came via An Post. They tried to deliver when no one was home and then the package had to be picked up from the central post office. 5 beer blade kegs is not easy to carry or collect when you have no car!!
