Proceed With Caution: Shipping Unreliable

Ordered a dress on the first of the month. No shipping email came through, though it was supposed to ship by 9/5 (tomorrow is 9/10). Contacted their customer care email address during business hours 48 hours ago and didn't hear back for days. No phone to call, or chat system in place.

Do not order from this brand!

Everything about this brand is completely sketchy. I ordered a dress from them in mid-December 2024 which then didn't arrive until late January 2025. When it did arrive, it was only because I had reached out to their customer service person – an email that was difficult to find – who then told me that they had forgotten to send the package altogether. I returned the dress shortly after that, and it arrived back in LA on February 7, 2025. As of March 6, 2025, I still have not received a refund, though their customer service person told me that I should get it by February 21.

I'm not sure if this business is operating with purely scammy intentions or if they're just run entirely unprofessionally, but I will absolutely never order from them again and can only urge potential customers to avoid shopping with them.

I ordered a dress on 10/28 and it is now 11/24 and it still hasn’t arrived. The order tracker estimated 11/9 and no further updates. Thinking this might be a scam.

Awful return process

Awful process! Got reeled in my an instagram ad, the item was lost in the mail for a few days and didn’t arrive on time for family photos. Not their fault, so I was going to keep it, but the dress looked like a parachute on me, had to wait a whole day for a return label that I paid for, but anyways. Sent it back they said they received it on nov 4th, emailed them they said 10 business days for a refund, that they’ll process it nov 18th. It’s nov 20th still don’t have my money back and they haven’t responded to my email. It’s 2024, if I returned an item in perfect condition, why so long on a refund?

The Bekk IS A COMPLETE SCAM - AVOID

The Bekk is a complete and total scam - one of those "see it on IG and it comes looking nothing like the product, weeks later." They also have the most arduous and predatory return process where they say they send a label in the package and then make you go log in, request a return, and you can only return with THEIR label for $12. AVOID.

DO NOT ORDER, ORDER DOESNT ARRIVE

I ordered two pieces of clothing on December 13. It is December 28 and I am still going back and forth with customer service about where my package is and when it will arrive. Their website clearly states please allow 1-6 business days for delivery, yet it has been 15 days still no package and the delivery date gets pushed back.

I know it’s a busy holiday season and the customer service agent, Lee, has been very kind and patient and informative. However, it feels unfair that I am being told things that are easy to find with a simple google search, like when it will arrive and what happens when it’s a busy holiday season. But now it’s going to be delivered January 2 as per my notifications and that’s nearly 1 month after I ordered it.

If you are looking for something in a reasonable time frame do not order from
This place and now after reading he reviews it seems you’re better off getting a dupe from SHEIN or Amazon given the quality is claimed to be lacking.

We typically allow 2-3 business days for dispatching orders per our shipping policy. In your case, due to the increased volume of orders during the busy holiday season, there was an additional delay, extending the dispatch time to 4 business days. Recognizing this delay, we upgraded your shipping to express service at no additional cost, aiming to expedite the delivery. However, despite our efforts, the delivery has been further delayed by the carrier, UPS, due to their high volumes during this peak season. We regret that this has extended the overall time frame for receiving your order.

We acknowledge and understand that you rely on the information provided on our website and we strive to make this as accurate as possible. However, during extraordinary periods such as the holiday season, unforeseen delays can occur. We are in active communication with UPS to seek updates and expedite the process, but unfortunately, we have not received a definitive resolution from them yet. However, aa you're able to see in the tracking history, the package was shipped on the 22nd, as we informed you previously, and there have been updates since the 23rd that it will be delivered on the Jan 2nd.

Don’t shop here

Ordered an item and returned it going by the shop policies (which were excessive in my opinion). The time it takes to get a reply from this store is terrible. Looked up the address and it shows a home address. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here. You can find much better quality clothing that is less expensive elsewhere. Overpriced and over hyped. Gives scam vibes.
