The form itself is quite lengthy and requires a lot of detailed information, but their expertise and knowledge made the whole process much easier to manage. They are professional, friendly, and incredibly patient, taking the time to guide me through everything clearly and honestly and adding in important information which i would not have thought relevant. From start to finish, my experience was smooth and well-managed. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

I have just used the Benefit Assistant to help my husband and I to make a claim for attendance allowance for him, as he is beginning to feel the adverse effects of old age, coupled with various medical problems. There were so many pages to the application form and filling them all in looked very onerous. I telephoned the Benefit Assistant and the very next day we arranged a telephone call to complete this task. She advised me as to what documentation and information we would be needing in order that we could proceed through the form. She was brilliant. She went into much detail, asking questions that we would not have even thought of. She posted the completed form to us, together with a copy for ourselves. She sent it first-class and it arrived the very next day. We checked it through as advised and proceeded to sign it off where required (ably assisted by the checklist which she provided) and to complete for ourselves our private banking details. We posted the form direct to the DWP and sat back to wait. After about 4/5 weeks we received acknowledgement of our claim, and within a further week we received a letter advising us that we had been awarded the benefit. The process was made seamless for us from start to finish. We cannot recommend them highly enough. SH
