I recently purchased a Recaro baby car seat from The Best Baby Catalog, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The product is absolutely amazing and exactly what I was looking for.

The delivery period did take a little longer than expected, especially when the package reached my country’s customs, but this was understandable and outside the seller’s control.

Throughout the process, Leonardo from The Best Baby Catalog provided prompt, informative, and helpful customer service, which made the experience much better. I really appreciated the communication and support.

I have no communication with what's app the only msg I got back was it says on our site 14 delivery its been 8 business days and still no update or details and still has not been shipped starting think this a scam anyone else items take this long with no update or reply.??? About to cancel payment through bank

Excellent communication when I had questions or concerns. Leonardo let me know where my product was and if there were any issues during transit for the international order to Texas. My product was purchased during the holiday season and had been on back order from Recaro however this is where Leonardo’s excellent and prompt communication allowed me to plan accordingly.

It took some time, but the item arrived safely and exactly as expected.
If you are in a hurry or expect Amazon-level speed, this shop may not be the best fit.
But if you don’t mind waiting a bit, it’s a very good place to buy from.

I ordered a Peg Perego Tatamia Follow Me highchair for my first grandson and had a very positive experience with The Best Baby Catalogue.

Ordering online was easy, and the international delivery cost from Milan to Adelaide was reasonable. There were unexpected delays due to strikes and other unforeseen circumstances, which was disappointing, especially so close to Christmas.

What really made the difference was the customer service. Once I got in touch by email, Leonardo was fantastic. He was friendly, responsive, and followed up every step of the way. Despite the delays being outside their control, he did everything possible to keep things moving and kept me well informed.

The highchair arrived on Christmas Eve, which was incredibly special for our family. I was absolutely thrilled and very grateful for the care and effort shown throughout.
