The delivery period did take a little longer than expected, especially when the package reached my country’s customs, but this was understandable and outside the seller’s control.

If you are in a hurry or expect Amazon-level speed, this shop may not be the best fit.

Ordering online was easy, and the international delivery cost from Milan to Adelaide was reasonable. There were unexpected delays due to strikes and other unforeseen circumstances, which was disappointing, especially so close to Christmas.
What really made the difference was the customer service. Once I got in touch by email, Leonardo was fantastic. He was friendly, responsive, and followed up every step of the way. Despite the delays being outside their control, he did everything possible to keep things moving and kept me well informed.
