They are scammers
They are scammers. I was charged more than £42 for a pdf conversion. They have all the tricks in the book to make sure they never refund you. They will dispute your claim with PayPal to prevent refund. They will also challenge the TrustPilot review to remove unfavourable reviews. They have another unclaimed review from TrustPilot called bestpdf.com which contain all the negative reviews. Here, they will challenge TrustPilot review claiming you are not a customer so it could be taken offline. I have been refused refund despite several emails and claims.
They have legitimised their scamming through dispute and challenges.
