I ordered something on July 8. Never got my order. Can not contact them to see where my order is at.

Can’t leave feedback or ratings on their website! ... because they know you will give them a zero rating! Extremely disappointed. Ordered Realistic Teddy puppy. Took 6-8 weeks to arrive. It’s simply a small stuffed toy, nothing more. Rip-off for sure. Not as advertised, and BigBlackFriday makes it nearly impossible to contact them.

I would give a 0 if possible!! I put in an order on 1/27/21...as of 4/27/21 I still do not have the order and they will not respond to my multiple emails. They have taken my money and not given a product and have "ghosted" since. DO NOT TRUST THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

Over 30 days from the time they emailed me to say my item has been shipped. Still, there is no movement of shipping. I tried to contact them several times but they will not get back to me, looks like I fell for a scam.

I would give it less than one star- I waited months for “The Child” Mandalorian doll that moves! I contacted them over and over! I paid almost $40 to them and instead they sent me this little plastic thing. This place is a fake to make money! Don’t buy anything from them ! They could care less about you! They are pocketing your money!

If I could, I would rate this company a “BIG FAT 0” I made a purchase on 1/24/21 for a realistic teddy dog lucky for $22.98. Today is 3/18/21, after several attempts to reach out to the company to check on the status thru emails because there’s no contact number, I finally received the package. After opening up the package (I have no words to explain how I feel) but can say that I’m so upset! The product was just a stuff animal dog that I could purchase at the dollar store. Please, please, please DO NOT purchase from this company! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

If we could give it a zero or less we would. Ordered an item for $54 back in January and have heard nothing in reply to five or six emails we have sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THOS COMPANY. Anyone know how we get their site shut down so they can’t rip anyone else off?

I placed a order on December 20, 2020 and have not received it yet. When I emailed them about it two weeks ago, they responded by sending me a picture of a apple with a worm in it and told me I had a virus. It cost me $200 to have it removed. Because this company is in Hong Kong, there is little that can be done. They just take your money and get away with not delivering.

i ordered a 6tooth adapter to a drill on Jan.11,2021 and here it is Feb.27, 2021no package yet..So 53.00 gone will be contacting the bank and see what I can do..I only have a order #...I guess I learned my lesson..Will be contacting the lawyer and better business beuear

I placed an order with The Big Black Friday on December 27, 2020 and have no received the order yet. I've emailed several times and get no response. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

been in contact by e-mail and got about the same as the other folks, warning if they read this experience by me I plan to call the BBB and call the attorney generals office and file complaints against this company and let them know we are all coming for you to get our money back or the correct item ordered. hope this company takes heed to my experience with them so far.

Do not order from this company! Ordered flat iron and did not get it until two months later! Poor quality and no information on how to return item. An address is on the package and I will return it using the listed address from New York! No one to speak with on return! BAD COMPANY!!!!

If I could give TheBigBlackFriday less than zero I would give them a -7 because I ordered a flat iron on November 28, 2020 and I have not received it or any tracking information about it...TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! Don’t waste time or money

There is no zero star choice or they would have one. Just like the rest of the reviews below my order was supposedly shipped two months ago. I lost $25. Sent many emails no replies. Shipping label was as far as tracking went. Total scam.

Order a watch and was given a shipping label. They didn’t respond to my emails and they didn’t ship any package. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM

ordered dark olive/pants but color of pants was different, kaki color. shipment lasted 6 weeks to arrive, but company refund policy says they only accept refund and exchange less than 30 days after purchase.

SCAM!!! That is so pathetic that you need to rob people and still play well the Better Business Bureau will be hearing about it....

Charged, not given a receipt, texted a shipping tracking number for a package that was never shipped and zero response to all my emails.
