I went with my stepson Luke for his 30th birthday.We were both new comers to shooting but Jake the instructor soon put us at ease He was a brilliant and experienced instructor with a good sense of humour which made u feel relaxed.We even managed to hit quite a few Thank you Jake we will be back next year

Booking was easy, although confirmation took a while. Jason the instructor was excellent; he was really friendly, and very knowledgeable, and gave us instruction throughout the session - telling us exactly where we should be aiming and shooting.

Although the site was pretty remote, they also supplied a What3Words address so finding it was super easy too (if you use W3W).

All in all, a really good experience. I would highly recommend it.

My partner and I had a fantastic time, the facilities and equipment were spot on. The instructor was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

Excellent on all counts. My two boys (10 & 11) loved it. Gary and his team could not have been more welcoming. They gave us all the time we needed to ask questions and we came away having learned a lot as well as having had a great time.

This was a half term treat for my 15 year old grandson who was very nervous. Jake, the instructor was amazing, he could see how nervous my grandson was, Jake really settled him down and enabled my grandson to enjoy a very successful session. My grandson did not stop talking about all the way home.

The whole process from booking, arrival, the welcome and subsequent shoot was a smooth worry free event. I would thoroughly recommend The Big Shoot.

An absolutely fantastic experience at the Big Shoot in Bere Regis Dorset. As a first-time clay shooter, the experience could not have been better. My family joined me and were able to watch, which made my son's day! Paul my instructor was superb, so helpful and encouraging. Thank you for making it such a special experience. Great place, from the comprehensive safety briefing and all through the coaching session, everyone was so helpful and friendly, booked again straight away for more tuition, that says it all.

From my memory I'm sure I was very happy with the website & certainly the booking. Our instructor Terry was welcoming and encouraging & put us at ease with his calm & relaxed approach. Terry perfectly balanced the amount of instruction & safety issues with getting on with the experience. His passion for clay pigeon shooting was evident & we thank him for teaching us & making our experience so enjoyable. I was amazed to hit 5 of the 6 clays on my first batch but Terry's clear reminders and simple instruction is the reason why. So satisfying. As a suggestion, in the reception pavilion upon arrival we could have been invited to sit down and even offered a free tea or coffee until we were guided to the range. Thank you again and we will recommend that others experience clay pigeon shooting with you.

The Big Shoot was just amazing and made mine and my daughter-in-laws day an amazing one, we both would recommend it 110%
