Writing this for my partner, we paid for an online educational qualification in January but since then we have not been able to get hold of anyone, since found out that on March 19th 2026, the director, Amanda Conlon has applied to dissolve the company yet the website is still trading !!!! …. Shameful, and we’re £197 out of pocket
At first everything was going well, good communication and assignments marked on time. Then suddenly stopped, not replying to emails or phone calls, then was told they had suffered bereavements within the company, asked to be patient the still nothing. Now my emails are bouncing back to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
I purchased a course from this company without realising it was a digital-only version. I had already bought a similar course from another provider that was live on Zoom and much better quality, so this one was not what I needed.
I contacted the company several times to request a refund, but I received no reply at all. There is no customer service, no support, and no willingness to help even though I reached out within the correct time.
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and refusal to resolve a simple issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
