SCAMMER!!!

I have used Gary a few times for blinds. This time he asked for payment upfront of £230. Once we transferred the money he was never seen or contactable after that. Our only option is to report him to our bank for fraudulent activity.

PLEAEE DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE ON IF HE WILL DELIVER THE GOODS. Go to someone with a bit more honesty

Still waiting on £200 refund what a scum bag do not use

I would not give even one single star to this company.
I wish I would decide on another suppliers . Quality, service, staff are all crap. Zero honesty, as well

Trying to get hold of someone is a nightmare promised yesterday that someone would come out nobody came paid in full as well nightmare ttrying to get hold of someone ignoring my calls ɓllinds just wont lock at all

Total crap company!! Avoid and go elsewhere.

I was recommended these by my sister whose blinds they did. Booked appointment on wednesday, for following monday was soonest could measure up. Told 11-2pm ….no one contacted me, noone turned up after i wasted allday waiting in for them. Spent over an hour on phone chasing them to be told guy tried to call at 10.45am…strange phone sat next to me all day , no missed calls, no txt, no voicemails, defo did not ring my number. Guy i finally got hold of around 3.45pm said would make sure guy came last night. Again no sign of anyone, wasted whole evening on these timewasters . Sent message on messenger to company, read straight away totally ignored again. Today been calling constantly cant get through, now unable to send messages as clearly blocked me. Not even a sorry no nothing. Despicable way to treat a new customer whois actually recovering from brain surgery. Worst company ever.

Another review following my previous one to advise to avoid this company . Massive scammers and liers . How the business is still going is beyond me when no one answers calls or messages . A month on , no replacement blinds , no refund as promised . More lies , more excuses . They have now blocked me on Facebook and my partner has to message them . Was advised would have a refund today when they get a new ‘card machine’ but guess what , another lie. Googled this company and can see it was dissolved back in 2019 on the GOV website. My partner turned up to the address on the website and nothing there , other business advised they had moved . Dodgy company and full of rubbish . We had another company come out to take a look at their work and advised all 4 sets are defective rolls . AVOID AVOID AVOID

Doesn’t return with the order that’s been paid for because he didn’t measure properly then lies and says he’s been coming for the last 2 months. Steals ya money. Absolute joke! Had to buy blinds from somewhere else in the end. AVOID!!

I have not used this company but the link for supposed website is not a website ".co" ;not .co.uk or .com ,2 reviews in 12 months ,does not look legit to me ,just odd.

The Blind factory have been an absolute nightmare from not responding on social media just delete anything you put on chasing them. Many phone calls and txts being given promise after promise and all the time just lying. Blinds fitted and no rod on one of the blinds asked politely over 5 times for this and to be told “sorry we will drop it off to being told that he is having personal problems, been away and having issues with staff. Different excuse every time and still no rod for a blind which means I have a blind that can not be opened. Would have been such an easy issue to solve but kept on lying and giving false promises. So disappointed no idea how this company can keep letting people down as read previous reviews

Didn’t get what I paid for - Still waiting for my pelmets (was told they’d be done the next week - it’s now been 3 months since I paid in FULL) blinds are wonky, drilled MULTIPLE holes in my brand new French doors and windows and tried to hide them with GIANT screws! Started blanking calls/messages then responded when I commented publicly on his Instagram image, said he hadn’t been able to get hold of me on Instagram (note - he had my phone number and address) also said he’d been off work sick (pick one excuse and stick with it) he managed to delete my comment immediately off his picture but had been blanking my messages for weeks! You get what you pay for and in this case I shouldn’t have listened when he was blagging me about what he would do.

I am really impressed with this association they have delivered quality services as always I am really happy to be fortunate enough to meet you guys
