Slow Response For Long Time Customers
I've been locked out of my WP dashboard all day because of a captcha error that has identified the error as being with the host. It's been at least six hours since my my last message to Blogpress asking for assistance with this - the last of three messages. Still no response. I'm sure I'll be told again that it's somehow an error on my part. However the slowness of response is the real issue.

As you mentioned, we are not able to reproduce the error. This error is 99.9% a browser caching error. Please see the reply from our support team on how to completely clear your browser cache and cookies.

My website was archived and suspended without any reason or a previous notice which caused me some real damage with my followers

Let me clarify the following
I started my website few months ago which means less than a year
I' m very active on my website
My website has more than 15 posts
The above proves that none of your reasons is applicable on my case which means that you had no reason to delete my website.
What I understood from your reply that what happened might happen again and you have no warranty on the opposite, if yes just let me know to stop exerting any more efforts on this website.

Update: Please reach out to our support team so that we can research this in detail for you. From what you are saying, the most likely cause is that your account was set up with a different email address and it's very likely that your site is exactly as you left it. But, this is not something that can be researched here. Please include your email address and website address in that support request to speed things up.
Our system automatically removes empty websites after one year of inactivity so that we can free up those domain names for people who actually want and will use them. Only websites that have had no activity for one year AND have less than one post and one page will be deleted. We NEVER delete sites that contain content - only empty sites. Hope that clears things up a bit.

I was hoping for more guidance in the 90 day blog instructions. Instead I have to take notes and try to implement the lessons. Also not clear on what you should be doing while taking the steps. Should you be putting out inferior blogs, etc. Id ask for my one year trial money but its over the 14 days. Wish i had stuck with 30 day blog challenge.

Well thought out, instructive and useful.
I've been with BlogPress for several years now. As a novice Blogger who wanted to do this properly, I've found the BlogPress team great to work with and really helpful.The training and step by step process has been well thought out and is very instructive and useful.
There would be 5 stars if I didn't get an annoying pop-up every time I log in, that makes me think they've forgotten who I am! The team are great - just the pop-up is annoying!
I highly recommend doing the training, then starting your blog through BlogPress.

I know what you mean about that login captcha pop-up! This is a service provided by Google that runs on many thousands of websites and it helps protect our members' account security, but it's annoying for us too! What is frustrating is it's way better than the old version, and better than other options, but it's still annoying. :)
I do have some good news on that front... Google is getting ready to release a completely transparent version of the same tool, meaning it will do the same job verifying it's a real person and not a bot, but you won't see that pop-up anymore! Bear with us, we are going to roll out that update AS SOON as possible.

Very in-depth informative tutorials
Your help is great; but setting up the blog is way more difficult than we initially anticipated. But that's because we were clueless on what it takes (the mechanics) doing a blog. Some of the other sites--while more expensive-- were drag and clicks. HOWEVER, I don't know if the other sites go into the detail of SEO all the things related to SEO that garners a blog more exposure hence more potential advertisers and income.
Once we figure out the workings we will make up for lost time. You've been very helpful to us, and we are blog & computer challenged!
We would pay extra for distance learning tutorials. We're just not that intuitive with it (yet).
