Just another scammer

I placed 2 orders one on Sept. 9 and another on Sept. 10. I was given one tracking number on Sept. 12, I assumed they have shipped my 2 orders at the same time. When I followed up on the status of my order they keep saying it should arrive soon, but the tracking number just keeps saying item in transit but is not giving any ETA. When my order finally arrived on Oct. 7, it was open and USPS put a note that they received it open, and it only had 1 item that was damaged and apparently it only (supposedly) included just my 1st order which should have been 6 items in all. I immediately requested for a refund and said that I am no longer interested in waiting for the other order as well, and they keep saying this is not what their company stands for blah blah blah but not saying anything about giving me back my refund. They are just another scammer that should people should stay away from. Don’t waste your money and save yourselves the time, effort and headache.

Paying for nothing

I ordered some items for them that still has not arrived. I ordered these items over two months ago. I was told that they are sitting at my local post office. And still waiting.

Little to long

They need to be shortened about 6 inches. Magnet not very strong and the ones that go under your door are basically useless. I'll see what I can do myself to correct.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, been waiting over a month, every time I asked I just get the same old I’m sorry bs. I’ll never buy another product off of social media this is the third time all three times have been a scam or cheap products (total scam) do not buy anything with these people!

Very poor service and potential scam

I placed an order on September 14th for: Carbon Fiber Vinyl, Ambient Interior Lights, The Under Glow System, and "TyreGlow".

It is now October 4th and I have still not received my order, which cost me $244. The "Tracking Number" they sent me is one that only works through their website. And I asked for either a refund or the actual tracking number from the shipping service they sent it through. And I still have not received anything back.

And before they updated their website, they had an address listed for contact. And this was a fake address that had nothing to do with their business.

I'm fully ready to call this a scam. You may see other positive reviews, but it's probable these are fake reviews. As it appears many other people have shared my exact issue. Even if I eventually receive my items, their service is still terrible.

Do not order from this company, I thankfully have 67k subs on Youtube and 106k on TikTok. So even if I unfortunately don't get my money back or my items. I will be able to spread more awareness about this company.

Great Look And Exceptional Service

I ordered a set of the led sills for my Hyundai Kona. Items were delivered within a very reasonable time period. Magnet was weak, which I remedied by applying extra magnet/3M. Have been able to install front sills and look great, however the rear sills are not fitting due to the contour of the car sill. Will need to do further investigation, however at this stage it may prove difficult to overcome.

Where's my order?

I purchased the sills on Sept. 9, 2024 and received an email on the 13th saying that my order would arrive between 2 to 4 days and as of the 27th they still have not arrived. I called customer service and there is no customer service. I got a voice recording to contact the company through email. This is the second time I have contacted them and still no response. Don't waste your hard earned dollars on this company.

Don't hold your breath waiting for your order

Update: 10/24/24 and after 8 weeks since ordering, I finally received the product.

So far, they do what they are said to do and look good. The magnets aren't as strong as they make them appear, but they should hold without a problem.

However, they are cheap plastic and cheaply made. Don't stand on them or you will crush them. The charging port won't hold the rubber plug. I'll be surprised if they last long at all with the exposed port which is where the electronics are for the entire unit.

In the end, they look good but are merely for show and not regular use. They are not worth their advertised cost and certainly not worth a wait of 8 weeks.

If only there was a Zero star. 😡

If only there was a Zero star, I'd have given this terrible product.
I ordered the 4 door sill lights and it was the worst $124 dollars I ever spent in my almost 4 decades of existence.

1. Delivery - The product website stated they could deliver between 2-14days, my product didn't arrive until after after 24 days. When it arrived, it looked all dirty and poorly packaged.

2. Cable - Where do I even start. The cables that came with it didn't work to charge it, I had to use my own cable. Thank God I had a few at home.

3. Lights - The lights were all hand stained but at least there was a film on it. The stainless steel mimicking is nothing other than cheap plastic that was easy to scratch and crack.

4. Measurements - How do you produce a product that is longer than the front 2 car sills. Dear Lord! The guys who made this product put no thought or measurements or design into it. There are 2 layers of sill on my lexus NX 350 2025, they took no account for the design of that model. I literally indicated my brand, model and year when ordering it. This was a thoughless, poorly and cheaply made one size fits all product. To say I'm disappointed would actually be complimenting the makers.

5. Magnet - This is what attracted me, the ease of install. One would expect the magnet to stick to the metal sill of the car door strongly, right? Wrong! The magnetic quality was so weak that everytime i opened the car door, it would keep falling off, the one I placed at the driver side fell off and the cheap silver plastic cracked immediately. I thought they said is was scratch proof but it was yet another false advertisement, it was easy to fall off with its weak magnet and scratch and crack. I had to buy double sided tape to install it, it was flexible at leadt so I had to bend the oversized length around my curved and shorter sill and hold down with tape. Sigh!

6. Charging - There is no indication to know when the product is fully charged, the blue charging light indicator could remain on for 10 hrs, at least it stayed on for the 4hrs I charged it. Just imagine the lack of indication and innovation

7. The On Button - On one of the buttons, the press was so weak and it was so hard to turn on the lights. My oh my!

8. Sensor - One of the sensors wouldn't even turn on when i open the car door. Sensor keeps failing and i have to keep hitting the one button for it to work.

Overall I regret spending so much on this expensive product that lacked in quality, measurements, thickness, design, cleanliness and overall quality control. It's by far the worst car accessory I've ever bought and I'm sure it would remain the worst for decades to come I should have checked the reviews before buying this product. I waited so long to get this product only for it to be a colossal disappointment. I'm genuinely sad because I don't even have any more energy to trigger a return process. Its not even worth my time.

Defective product, poor customer service

So I was so excited to purchase and receive these door sills from Bloom car. I open the package and they are scratched up. Only one of the sills had a protective clear cover, the other didn't. I ordered the product on August 20th, received it September 3rd and quickly requested a refund. Inalso sent pictures of the product. It had now been 2 weeks with requests for more pictures, all angles. I'm upset and disappointed.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again. On their website, they advertise that orders will ship in 24 hours. My son's birthday was coming up, and he would be at my house for a week, so I thought I had plenty of time to get his present here. (He lives in another state) Wrong. I ordered something on August 31st, which means it should have shipped on September 3rd. (I will cut them some slack because of the Labor Day Holiday.

It didn't actually ship until September 9th, almost a week later. And here it now is, September 14th, and it's still not here and won't arrive until September 16th. My son has now gone home, which means I now have to pay to ship it to him.

I got some lame excuse when I asked about the delay. Something along the lines of, "We were overwhelmed with orders because of our sale......" If that's truly the case, then remove the "Orders ship in 24 hours" statement on your website. I specifically ordered because of that.

I learned my lesson and won't ever order product from this company again.

Update: I finally got my order in early October, over 4 weeks after I ordered it. And you will love this, I was supposed to get a "free" item with my order. Needless to say, it didn't come. When I contacted Customer Service to let them know.......all I got was cricket chirps.......not even a response from them.

Horrible experience.

Junk

Junk! They ask you the make and model of the car, when you order; however they have not checked whether their door sills work or fit. In my case, there is no magetic surface to adhere to (they advertise one minute install), and the sill was wider than the factory sill. When I asked for my money back (well within their thirty day refund policy), and they sent a lengthy email detailing how to take my car door sill apart and put theirs on with double sided tape. I am not taking a factory installed door sill off my car, and possibly causing issues with the door. I am having to file a dispute with my CC.

The door sills look amazing on my GMC…

The door sills look amazing on my GMC Sierra 3500HD, had a slight connectivity issue with the sensors but the technical support was great and resolved my issue. Highly recommend these sills, so many color patterns to choose from and gives it such a wow factor when opening the doors at night.

1* is even too generous !!! Terrible products that don’t fit, don’t work and are of terrible quality. There 30 day money back guarantee is a load of crap and they don’t honour this at all. I paid allot of money for the door sills. The magnets barely stick on at all and fall off every time you open the door. The rear door ones are the wrong shape so don’t stick on at all so then they suggested to glue them on, even tonight they are advertised with “strong magnets” when asked for a refund they carry on via email back and forth until it hits the 30 days then they say it’s now too late to refund.
USELESS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

Bulky, Mismatched Product with Poor Support

The product is bulky, incompatible with newer vehicles, and doesn't match the vehicle's appearance. Customer service is frustrating, with representatives constantly finding reasons to deny returns and pushing alternative products of similar or worse quality.
