Great place for Walmart workers to talk,

TheBlueTalk is a site where all us Walmart and Sam’s Club workers go to talk about work, share stories, and sometimes get useful advice. They got different sections for different jobs, like Supercenter, Pharmacy, and Sam’s Club, so it’s easy to find people who do the same work as you.

Mostly, people just complain about long shifts, rude customers, or managers. But sometimes, you find really helpful stuff. Like one time, I saw a post about how to take time off when family pass away, and it helped me a lot. Things like that make this forum worth checking.

Only thing that’s kinda annoying is how fast the mods delete posts. I get they got rules, but sometimes they just remove stuff for no reason. None of my posts got deleted, but I see others just disappear, and it don’t feel right.

Still, TheBlueTalk is a good place for Walmart workers to connect. It’s nice to talk with people who understand the job. Just wish mods let us talk more free.

TheBlueTalk - Large Forum for Walmart Associates

So TheBlueTalk is this online community where all us Walmart associates go to talk about our day, rant a bit, and sometimes even get some solid advice. It’s like a whole community just for us Walmart folks, with different sections for different departments, like the Walmart Supercenters, Pharmacy, and even Sam's Club. You can see tons of posts there, honestly, there might be more than what I can count!

Most of the time, people are just venting about tough days and annoying managers at Walmart. But sometimes, you find some real helpful threads. Like this one time, I saw some talking about what you gotta do when you need time off because someone in your family passed away. It was actually super helpful, and those kinds of posts make sticking around worth it.

There’s one thing that kind of limits the usefulness. The mods are super quick to hit the delete button on posts. I get that some stuff might need to be taken down for legal stuff or whatever, but it seems like they’re just a bit too eager. It makes you think twice about what you’re posting, cause you don’t want your thoughts to just vanish into thin air...

i started off thinking I’d just complain about how much they censor in general, but when I really think about it, none of my dozen posts have been deleted. So, maybe it’s not a massive problem, but it’s definitely annoying when you notice other posts getting nuked for no clear reason.

Overall, despite the heavyhanded mods, TheBlueTalk is a solid place for us Walmart associates to connect. It's nice to have a spot where everyone gets what you're going through, and you can sometimes find the answer you need. Just wish the mods would take it easy and let us talk a bit more freely
