I ordered the Latice game in November and two weeks later emailed to ask where it was. Expecting a quick reply (which never came) as they are a 'family business', I searched for reviews and found all of these, which I wish I had seen before. They didn't deduct the money but I cancelled my credit card just in case. Slightly worried as they have my full name and address details.

As with others, if I could give zero stars I would.

Purchased a board game on here for my daughter for Xmas but notice that as soon as I’d pressed the button to pay that ‘Unsecured’ flashed up on my irl bar. Quickly did a review search and found this website. Checked links on the website and found none of them worked. I’ve had a dispatch email from them but nothing has turned up. Cancelled our card. Unbelievable that they can get away with this, we thought that as they came up in the first page of our google search for board games that the likelihood of them being legit was pretty high. Not happy!

DON'T use this website it is a scam site and will clear out your bank account/credit card.
I have just stopped my card and advise anyone else not to use them, I wish I had read the reviews earlier!
You cannot contact them they do not reply to e-mails and goods do not arrive.
I had to give 1 star but wish I could leave it blank!!!!

This is a site run by criminals to steal your card details. They won't charge you anything initially, but after about a week you will start seeing foreign transactions on your bank statement withdrawing sums of around £30. I have reported them to action fraud and requested a refund and debit card block from my bank.

Wouldn't even give this site 1 star, I appear to have been captured for the low cost of games on offer to now have a number of transactions leaving my bank account except the one for the game payment. So angry sites can get away with this

Ordered a Latice Deluxe Board Game at £14.99 on Tues 12th December. Nothing arrived, no way of contacting the company and no payment taken from my account. Just annoying.

My wife ordered a Latice Deluxe Board Game at £14.99 on Sunday 10th December. She received an order acknowledgement, but no goods. She checked online and no money has been debited. She tried using their Contact Us messaging service but no reply so far. I took a look and noticed that the links across the bottom don't work: Free Delivery, No Quibble Returns, Family Run Business, Support. Also as other have mentioned no contact address or telephone number.

We have checked our bank transactions online again today, and so far no money has been taken and no spurious transactions, but from what others have said now concerned that some fraudulent organisation has all her bank details.

PAID MY MONEY - NO GAME - NO CONTACT

Don't waste your money. This is a swindle. I've paid my money, but my game hasn't been delivered, they don't answer e-mails and there is no phone number so I can't speak to anyone. This is a swindle

I have bought (and paid) a game online some time ago. Have neither received a confirmation nor the merchandise. They don't even answer my mails. - DON'T PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS BLACK HOLE!

I brought a game last week and I have had no conformation email and no game has arrived. I am not sure what to do as they have taken my money.. Don't use this company.

I have sent an email via their web site but still have not received a reply from that either!!!
There is no telephone number to contact them on!!! I'm very worried that this company may have gone bust as it seems this has also happened about the contact or confirmation to a few other people!!!

Ordered a game on April 20. Still have not received item. Received confirmation email. Have tried to email back and no response . unable to email customer service or a working phone number. Upset my son, not only was it a birthday gift but was to be used at the party

Paid for item emailed them several times and got no reply. Worried that they have my card details and i have no game.

Ordered the angry birds board game for £29.99. When I queried for delivery dates it did take a little while for a reply. Maybe down to the christmas period? item did arrive within 4 days.
