I recently had The Boiler Club install a new boiler in my home, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. From the initial quote provided by Paul to the installation carried out by Mike, the entire experience was great.

Paul was knowledgeable and took the time to discuss all the options available, ensuring I had a clear understanding of the process. Mike, the technician, conducted the installation with precision and professionalism, resulting in a neat and well-functioning boiler.

The team showed up on time, and their commitment to delivering high-quality work was evident throughout the process. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and professional approach to boiler installation!

Paul and his team are friendly, polite and professional. I was dreading having to get this work done, but thankfully I had a great experience. From Paul carrying out the surveyor and guiding me to which boiler would best suit my needs to Ged and John carrying out a new boiler installation who are accredited Worcester boiler installers with a wealth of knowledge and experience being ex BG installation engineers. They arrived on time and put dust sheets and carpet protectors down and were very respectful of my property. New boiler installed and old water tank removed, from start to finish it’s been a great experience and would highly recommend the boiler club to anyone, very competitive price and the boiler comes with a 10yr warranty. The guys definitely deserve the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review, well done the boiler club and thank you for a great experience. I’m delighted with my new Worcester combi boiler and look forward to lower running costs.

Ged and John very professional, friendly and helpful. Even though there was a burst water main on the street this didn’t seem to phase them, they got on with job and completed in specified time just having to wait until water available to refill system.
Would recommend without hesitation.

Can’t thank Paul and his team enough, they are friendly and so professional, from Paul surveying for new radiators and an old wall heater removed and replaced with a radiator he explained everything. Ryan serviced our boiler and was friendly and efficient,I can’t remember the other engineer’s name (sorry)but he was amazing ,you wouldn’t know we had had work done everything was left so tidy, would certainly recommend the boiler club would give them 10 stars ⭐️ but can only do 5.

We were unfortunate to have our boiler break down on a Saturday. Contacted The Boiler Club, was visited the same day, quoted again the same day. First class full boiler installation done 3 days later by Ged & John. Fantastic service from start to finish. We would highly recommend The Boiler Club.

The Boiler Club replaced our old boiler with a new Valiant boiler with 10 year extended guarantee.

Paul came to view and quote up a boiler at very short notice. He was polite and professional. Paul kept communicating back to me throughout the whole process, he was very easy to get in touch with.

John and Ged were professional and was pleased with their work. They did a full check and made sure all the radiators and hot water was working. I asked them several questions and they were more than happy to share their knowledge with me.

A week or more later received the Gas Safe documents and warranty which they did for me.

The job looked clean and was done well, they also installed an internal stop tap and boiler isolator near the boiler. A part wasn't installed as Engineer checked with manufacturer to make sure it was right and they removed it from final cost.

Boiler is still working to this date and was pleased mainly, because after weeks of research and speaking to various engineers, I felt that boilers were a bit beyond me, so I needed a service oriented install with little input from myself. Glad to say I got what I paid for and they made things easier.

Shared quotation with friends and family, and they all said it was a reasonable price.

Paul came to assess our boiler on Monday 16 Jan as it had stopped working. He was extremely thorough and professional in his assessment. Paul recommended that we reposition the site of the replacement boiler, explaining that this would be more practical and least disruptive to us while the work was being done. On Wednesday 18 Jan John and Jed arrived to fit the new boiler. They did a great job and were both professional and friendly. They worked really well together as a team and left the work area clean and tidy when the job was finished.
From day one everything went according to plan. A fantastic company and one I would recommend without doubt. Thank you Paul, John and Jed, it was a pleaure to meet you.

We had a new boiler fitted today by the Boiler Club today. The engineers were very tidy covering all areas with dust sheets. Very pleasant and approachable and were a credit to the company which they work for. The installation went seamlessly . I would recommend them to anybody who was having a new boiler fitted.

Had a new boiler fitted today. Fast efficient service from first enquiry to boiler being fitted. Arrived on time and were excellent clean and tidy and really went above and beyond what I expected also kept me entertained with their singing 😁

Fantastic company new boiler fitted can not fault from start to finish a real pleasure. Paul came and quoted me for a new boiler let me know what was best for my needs really knows his stuff never tried to over sell me gave me a price and that was the price I payed.so booked in the day before fitting new boiler arrived Paul phoned to let me know it would be arriving. On the day of fitting the gas fitter texted me to let me know he was here, Chris the fitter is a credit to the company he never stopped until the job was done nothing was a problem he was tidy not a scrap was left, all in all if you are thinking about any gas works then I can not recommend enough.

On Friday 13th I found myself in a very tight spot with regards to a faulty boiler, which was holding up a house purchase. At very short notice Paul and his team arranged for the boiler to be fixed, and a gas certificate issued, which has allowed the purchase to proceed. He worked on a Friday evening till 7:30PM to achieve this. What a team! Thanks Paul.
