A huge thank you to Andy and his team for another excellent job, completed efficiently and professionally. After using the company previously, they were my first call to get the boiler checked and replaced in my new house. Advice given with a variety of options and recommendations. New boiler fitted with the minimal of mess considering it was a big job. You don't need to look any further.... Andy and his team are the folk to call for all things boiler! Great company – I spoke with Brian over the phone, he was very friendly and explained everything and booked me in for a service the following week, the engineer turned up a little bit early and got straight to work, he was also very polite and friendly and even took time to answer a couple of questions, everything was completed in about half an hour – I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Such a great company. Gave them a wee phone and they were able to find a slot for me almost straight away which was amazing. The whole process was explained to me over the phone and I felt so relieved that these guys were on the case. The payment process was also explained clearly and I felt very comfortable that I was in safe hands with this company. The repair man Elliott was very kind and courteous - even putting up with my barky wee puppy that just wouldn't leave him alone. He arrived on time (pretty much bang on too) and was really great, just getting to the job right away and explaining to me as he went along. I was so worried about getting the boiler leak fixed as I hadn't a clue what was wrong but one phone call to these guys and practically the next day my boiler woes were over.

Robert was really efficient with his communication, coming just a few days after I contacted him and on time. He was immediately friendly and got the job done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Problem that a previous engineer appointed by the insurance company had missed was fixed quickly by Andy, who also shared his expertise for new boiler options with no hard sell. Excellent service from start to finish, including the booking service from Bryan.

I cannot praise this service highly enough. Mark arrived promptly and demonstrated excellent customer care skills. He observed all the relevant Covid protocols, was very thorough in his work, cleaned up after himself and explained clearly all he had done. The charge for the work was very reasonable and represented excellent value for money.

This company is amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They fixed my boiler, contacted Vaillant on my behalf, got my guarantee reinstated. Put my mind at rest by answering all my queries. They are pleasant, helpful and reliable.
The cost for this job was clearly quoted and extremely reasonable given the quality of work and service delivered. I would go to say that the cost for all the work they did on my behalf was to low!!!

New boiler fitted. Excellent price and installation staff helpful and knowledgeable. My system was particularly difficult because the flue was installed in roof space. The engineers went out of their way to solve the difficulties and completed as per quote in the same day. The same company have carried out services and issuance of gas certificate. Impeccable service pleasant staff.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! The service given by these guys is brilliant and I highly recommend them. I am over the moon with my new boiler installation done by Callum, the workmanship done by these guys is fantastic. I’ve had new radiators installed by them before too and a great job was done. Fantastic service by Andy, Callum and Bryan and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Professional, quick appointments, on time and excellent prices too.

Excellent service from Bryan who liaised directly with my Tenant to arrange for the GSC and LRA to be undertaken on my rented property. Would definitely recommend as excellent price as well.

Kept in touch quickly. Was able to move appointment forward when they had a cancellation. Engineer arrived early and repaired the boiler on site.

Very professional on the phone when we first made an enquiry and we were able to make a service appointment very quickly. Did a good job on the service and answered some additional questions we had no problem.

Amazing job on supplying and fitting a new boiler for us. He got back to us straight away with a price and was able to fit it whenever we needed. Both him and his apprentice were extremely nice and had amazing customer service skills. He even registered the warranty for me! Thank you it works amazing

Cancelled boiler cover with electricity company as it had got too expensive. Decided to get annual service from a local company and The Boiler Repair Man was excellent. More thorough service of boiler and advice on general heating and safety than any previous engineers from SSE. Good time options as well with early visit possible. A slight leak developed after the service due to a perished washer but was fixed at no charge.

Excellent professional service, on time for appointments and fixed the heating within the hour. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Got boiler replaced last year and recently had it serviced - after service house is noticeably warmer and also fixed 2 broken valves and have good advice on what’s needing done - ideal coming into winter months! Reasonably priced and always very friendly when phoning and during service
