Been waiting over a year for a refund of my package. A joke.

I ordered an item over a year ago. They responded saying the were behind. Crickets since after several emails. Thinking I was taken. Kristine Williams was the contact.

Ordered in August 23, never arrived. Responded to one email then nothing. Complete scam.

I ordered and payed in October 2023. now it is march 24, I wrote 4 emails and I NEVER got a answer!!!!
not the ordered Product or my money back. it is a fake website.

Ordered in Sept 23, never received my order. Emailed them several times, no response whatsoever! Its now with my bank to claim my money back. Its only £21, but its money well warned money, not their's!!!

Long waits, incorrect items. Ordered September 12, 2023 for an early Christmas gift. Arrived March 8th, 2024, and no updates in between other than a snarky response to my email when I asked why there had been a delay with no updates (October 4, 2023).

Item arrived and instead of two separate embossers, each with their own name plate, it was two colors of the same embosser and plate. What a waste, sadly.

I placed my order on September 7th of 2023. I received a confirmation email but whenever I put the order number given I got order number not found. I tried multiple times to ask on the status of my order and never once received a response. Out of the blue both embossers I ordered (that were supposed to be Christmas gifts) showed up this week. It’s march 8th. Terrible customer service and fulfillment times.

Scam. Never got what i ordered. Not possible to contact them.

Ordered 2 in Novemeber for christmas gifts and paid for express shipping. Was charged immediately for the items and NEVER got my order. I emailed them 3 times without any response. Then they deleted their email and now I'm without the product and the money spent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Order was placed on 20th September 2023.

Emailed them on Oct 5 as item had not yet been recieved and no info on it being sent even, I was advised I would receive it soon. (this is the only reply i ever got)

Emailed again on 24th of Nov with no response.

Emailed again on 17th Jan 2024 asking for a refund as i didnt believe i was going to get item which still had not been sent. no response.

I still have not heard anythting and it is currently 13 Feb 2024.

Total Scam.
They have also started another site Yourbookembosser.com (registered in Oct 23) and are at it again.

Just like all the other reviews I would give this a 0 star rating. Order placed September. Gave them a month before I asked for an update on my order. Got the same BS “ I apologize for the delay. We've had an unexpectedly high volume of orders due to our social media videos unexpectedly going viral.“ Such a scam. SMH

I would leave a zero star review if I could. Ordered in Sept 2023. Chased it in October and received this response “

It is now 10th despite contacting three more times I have not had anymore replies from them. Terrible customer service and no product. Do not buy from them.

I would give no stars if I could.
Complete scam. Ordered in September 2023.. initially emailed as I hadn’t heard anything from them regarding dispatching the product. Got a reply about high demand, etc.. still heard nothing over a month later. Completed ghosted by the company. Have tried to report via Shopify, & getting no where. Do not use this website! SCAM!

I would agree with all the previous reviews; ordered September 9th and then reached out November bc I felt like 2 months was plenty to arrive from China. At first got a stock “we were overwhelmed with orders” response and then they stopped responding altogether. I DID reach out via Shopify yesterday (and I saw that they only forward the message, but hold zero accountability per the fine print), and as of this AM my order has been shipped. Maybe the other September people will get them too, hopefully.

Complete scam. Ordered also in September. Was told there was delay after delay. Asked for a refund, was told it would be forthcoming. Four months later and still nothing despite repeated emails.

Read the review before making a purchase.
No delivery, no updates - absolute scam.
Save your money, and if it's too late go the the bank to get your money back.

Ordered in September, it’s now January, have seen or heard from them. I’ve sent 5 emails. Only heard back once to tell me they apologize for the delay and they would be getting to my order soon. Figured I’d come here since they’re deleting poor reviews on their site.

This is truly unfortunate.

Ordered 10 September, still haven’t received order and it’s 22 December. They responded to one email saying they had been overwhelmed with demand and I’ve heard nothing since. SCAM - DO NOT ORDER from thebookembosser (not to be confused with bookembosser!)

Ordered in September. Received a tracking number which never worked and the company don't answer emails. A total scam.

Order placed September 23, one follow up email that they responded too. Nothing since. Dishonest and deceitful business, do not order from them.
