I recently found this casino and I can honestly say that I love the variety of providers and games. And the ease of navigation within the app. I have cashed out maybe twice, but nothing BIG! But tonight I found them to be dishonest! Earlier I had redeemed $120, and it was still pending, so I later made a purchase for $49.99, but they said the purchase was declined, so I thought maybe I had typed in a wrong digit or date, so I made the same purchase again and the casino said that my bank declined the purchase again, so I took a screenshot to ask my bank why my purchases were being declined, and it was a LIE on the casino's behalf, they had taken both charges from my account. I don't mind paying to play, but I do have an issue with you using unethical and deceitful practices against you customers. But I do understand that mistakes happens, so I will give them the opportunity to credit my money back to my account.
