When i report issue i wait till I no longer can for reply, yet show no patience when i an delayed in responding.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the frustration caused by the delay in receiving your payout. We know how important it is to get your winnings promptly, and we are sorry for the extra time and back-and-forth it took to resolve.
Redemption processing can occasionally take longer when extra security reviews are required or if an initial transfer is returned by a bank due to mismatched account details. Regardless of the reason, we completely understand how frustrating the waiting period can be.
We are very glad to confirm that your redemption has now been successfully processed and received! We truly appreciate your patience while everything was being sorted out.
If you ever need any assistance in the future, please feel free to reach out to us directly at support@theboss.us—we are always here to help.
