We ordered a large amount of Mylar bags from the box lane in good faith that they’d send us quality product. The design came out looking nice, but almost instantly started peeling away from the bag material. This looks horrible and will make our packaging to customers look really bad. We’ve contacted twice over 24 hours with no response, and noted in their invoice they claim they’re not liable for defective or poor product. This seems like a very shady practice as they are definitely liable for selling a bad product. I could understand misuse but this is not the case. It’s sad because the customer service was good up until the product was received. Now I’m stuck with tons of bags which may not even be worth using.

Its always a lil funny feeling that comes up when you find a website like this that we find through our own search that seeds uncertainty.

But my uncertainty was cured by their team, their promptnesses, their willingness to work with you and your project over time providing services that would be way too expensive else where.
