She truly went above and beyond her role to help me purchase two giraffes recently and arrange for them to be shipped safely to Spain. From the very beginning, Elaine was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive, making what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and stress-free.

Her willingness to take extra time to assist, answer questions, and ensure everything was handled correctly did not go unnoticed. Elaine is a true gem and a wonderful representative of your company. Her excellent customer service reflects very positively on your brand, and I hope her efforts receive the recognition they deserve.

Very disappointed, I travelled some distance to go to Freeport, especially for this shop that used to be so beautiful and full of fantastic, one off ornaments with so much choice of Christmas ornaments also. Well today i walked in and literally turned around and walked back out, it is nothing like it used to be, a few ornaments and the rest of the shop was candles and scented sticks. Wont be going back there again.

I have bought quite a few items from this shop now, the products are always excellent quality and delivery is prompt.

Great local housewares and garden shop with a modern contemporary feel , I have ordered and collected many items as gifts and lots for my home , beautiful affordable pieces , I especially like the led bits , always a friendly face at the door , would definitely recommend .

My orders have always been well packaged and come with personalised notes and pretty packaging.
Everything has already arrived within the timings stated and their items are great quality and a price tag that is fair.
