Bad Customer Service

The customer service is dreadful. I had to chase constantly for information. Unlike other agents, I went weeks/months without a curtesy call to reassure me they were still actively trying to sell my property. I've used three estate agents in Edenbridge in the past and The Bridge is firmly at the bottom.
I also had issues with market and property knowledge. When I walked into their office, the words I heard were "I can have tenants in there tomorrow". Two months later after chasing, it turns out we couldn't rent as it's Grade 2 listed. So we decided to sell then came a long period of silence. We had to leave because we're just getting nowhere with them.
