I placed an order over 100 days ago and…

I placed an order over 100 days ago and have still not received the product. Despite multiple delay emails from the company, no actual delivery has taken place and no clear timeline has been provided.

Customer support responses have been limited to repeated delay messages rather than a clear resolution. I have also raised a complaint with my bank, but by that stage the issue had already been ongoing for a long period.

From my personal experience, the communication and fulfilment process has been very disappointing and has not met reasonable expectations for an online purchase.

I would advise other customers to be cautious and to consider paying via a method that offers strong buyer protection.

The Brights Nest SCAM

I wish l didn’t have to even put 1 star to write this, but as per other reviews, exactly the same.
Paid my money, apparently it’s at couriers in Australia, it’s supposed to have been there since 18/1/26, it’s now 11/4/26, it has been in transit for 101 days today.
Absolute scam website, Emma Collin’s keeps replying with good news, “it’s being processed and nearly ready to go to courier to head to final destination”
I got that email a few days back and the same one a month a go,
Hard earned money down the drain.

The exact same thing as the others. Almost 5 months and the item is still in the process of moving from carrier to carrier and it is a heavy machine, and it must be inspected bla bla bla. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE

Having the same experience as the other…

Having the same experience as the other reviews. Every email say on the way. With customs. With carrier. Then nothing. Tracking worked up to the carrier. But Emma Collins refuses to say who the final carrier is. All tracking apps tried work the same, some more detailed than others but one said it was an AliExpress tracking number.
I Contacted AliExpress they revealed that the tracking number refers to a different order from someone with the following details.
1.The order number is : 8207085738327136
2.The order is under the account:
user name in34566xxx6kgyae with login email myadventureworld*********@gmail.com
These aren’t my details or order number. Must be the scammer / drop shipper. Hope this helps someone.

The level of scam is through-the-roof…

The level of scam is through-the-roof high on this one. I purchased some items from them, received shipping info from China. So far so good. Then, after 57 days of the goods being at the "final carrier in Norway" (as claimed by the carrier and BrightNest's customer support agent Emma Collins - I wonder if this p.o.s. actually exists, as the replies I keep getting are nonsensical at best) I just capitulate and declare defeat, by admitting I did not do due-diligence by checking the reviews prior to "shopping" (or, giving away hundreds of British pounds to them I guess would be more correct in this instance...).
If negative stars were a thing, guess what I'd be giving them?
Do not give your money to these scamming bastards!
I re-iterate: DO NOT THROW YOUR HARD-EARNED CASH TO THESE BANDITS!

PS: There are only 1-star reviews of these scammers. How on earth does that compute to an average 2,5 stars on Trustpilot? Go figure...

Cero stars

Cero stars, 56 days and my order keep failing delivery in NJ, I live in PR. Company gives you bogus tracking info. My order is losing weight, it was a 90kg machine, now its a 50kg machine. Company of robbers. Do not buy from them.

Item not received

Item not received. Tracking information is totally bogus. Every email to help@brightsnest receives the exact same form letter response with not one word that references my actual order. I’ve requested a refund twice and am now not receiving any replies. Beware!
