I purchased 2 rechargeable hand blender /on the go smoothy makers .Neither worked !!Countless emails and only offered £7!
Not acceptable to not fix the problem.Sent faulty products and didn’t want to replace or refund .Not just one but two!
Shop elsewhere with reputable company

I ordered the brow brush. Never received, told it had been delivered but wasn't. Paid on Klana, paused it whilst they looked into it, told today that there was evidence it was delivered so I still need to pay. Im so annoyed. Do not order from this company!! If you have a delivery problem they will insist it was delivered to your address even though it wasn't!!!!!!!

Glad I purchased this—it functions nicely and feels comfortable, but clearer setup instructions would improve usability.

Awful company. Ordered a product that never arrived and they kept fobbing me off for 3 months and refused to reimburse me. Don't buy from them. There are plenty of reputable companies to choose from

Scam company, waited over 2 months for my items, kept getting fobbed off. Items arrived in the UK according to tracking and that’s where they stayed, never delivered. I suspect it was a fake tracking number as when I ordered the item it was one tracking number but when I contacted them they gave me another one. Stay well away of this scam company.

Very misleading name and advertising. I thought I was buying from a UK company as everything implies but they are American.
I could have bought the same item from Amazon for a fraction of the price and received it the next day, instead I’ve been over charged and have to wait forever!

I purchadsed a soft Dungarees (for my good lady), I recieved information explaining the delivery status of the item coming from the US, through customs etc... All was feeling good. When the item arrived it was cut all wrong and was of a poor quality. I contacted the company and asked to return the item and they asked for a photo, which they concluded there was nothing wrong with the item!! I explained it clearly did not fit in anyway and was only fit for the bin, so please return my money.
They stated they could only offer to return £3 as the cost to retuirn the item to China is very expensive. I stated that you informed me the item came from the US, not China, the emails prior to delivery were clearly fabricated and simply not true!!
I also pointed out that their own policy (Online) identifies that the customer can request return of funds. They stated it takes a long while to get the money and would cost me a lot to return the item so they recommended not to bother!!
In the end they offered me (after many emails) £10 from the £40 I had originally paid. I took this as I felt this was the best I was going to get.
Bottom line I will never use this company again as they do not tell the truth and their customer policies and products are both at best very poor. Please be warned.

I would also give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 magnetic cube toys for my sons. They took ages to arrive and once they did we discovered both were broken and faulty. Clearly very bad quality as we’ve ordered similar cubes before from elsewhere and they’ve lasted months if not years. Lesson learnt it pays to spend more on these things and when you see a discount that looks too good to be true it probably is. I feel ripped off.

Would give a 0 if I could. I thought this was a British company but sadly realised that it wasn't after getting copius messages saying my order was being transported across the USA and then (oddly) China!!??. When I queried this they started arguing with me saying "does it matter where it says its coming from?"!!!! Eventually my gift arrived after a month but too late for me to gift, which was OK as it was so substandard I wouldn't have gifted it anyway. Supposed to be a pewter keepsake but looked like a chrome dog tag! I've been had...steer clear....oh and when I (twice) put poor reviews on their website they immediately disappeared, leaving only the glowing ones...surprise, surprise

Thought this was a British company as it says.co.uk,didnt want an American co as I know from experience how long it takes for items to cross America,so now it will not reach uk in time to give my friends

The packaging for this purchase was beyond stellar. It arrived in a sturdy, well-sealed box, ensuring protection during transit. It was clear that care was taken to prevent any potential damage. The box was clean and unmarked with bubble wrap inside giving another layer of protection. Despite the long wait of three weeks, the careful packaging made it worth it.

I purchased a 'News Boy' hat on line (via and advert on Facebook). Paid £21.10 on 27th June 2024 - two and a half weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I could have made my own hat from goats wool in that time.

I would think very carefully before ordering from this company. I purchased a bag, with a description of ‘leather’ but upon arrival it was a very cheap looking plastic. I asked to return but they would only offer compensation which slowly went up from £3 to £8, as I continued to protest. I got no where.

awful product and so missleading will not refund (a drum) pictures are wrong and the drum is shocking
